Team Liquid vs. Na’Vi – Thursday, November 12, 2020
Team Liquid and Natus Vincere faced each other at the start of November in the ESL One Germany 2020 Grand Final. It was an epic encounter, but Liquid was too strong and won the tournament.
The Ukrainian team will have the chance to find revenge in the opening round of the Epic League Division 1 this Thursday. I’m sure that both sides will be eager to continue their good run, so we might be in for a treat!
I share my thoughts on the upcoming clash in this Team Liquid vs. Na’Vi betting preview. The post includes the latest odds, my prediction, and a free betting pick.

Team Liquid Analysis
Team Liqud’s stunning performance in ESL One Germany 2020 was followed by several questionable matches in Dota Summit 13. The squad barely beat Brame and YeS before losing against Vikin.gg.
And yet, I wouldn’t read too much into that as the side didn’t take these matches too seriously. I expect to see the best of Liquid in the Epic League Division 1 and I’m sure that the team will be eager to continue winning.
The question is if the opponents will find a way to counter Liquid’s greedy style. The squad was able to draft strong late-game lineups and somehow get away with it time and time again during ESL One Germany.
I’m sure that the other leading Dota 2 teams in the region will be prepared this time around and the opening clash against Natus Vincere on Thursday can tell us a lot.
Natus Vincere’s decision to release the former roster and acquire the members of FlyToMoon looks excellent so far. The new team started with a strong performance in ESL One Germany and it’s obvious that the guys are ready to grab the opportunity.
Technically, the new roster is still on a trial, but I have the feeling that the organization won’t wait for too long before appointing them for good.
That lineup has been together for a while and the chemistry is something else. There’s a fine balance between aggression and patience that I like a lot. Na’Vi knows when to push and when to disengage and fight for map control.
I expect to see more of the same in the Epic League Division 1 and I’m curious to see if the team can find a solution to Liquid’s style.
Team Liquid vs. Na’Vi Pick
Team Liquid dominated the last match, but I feel it might be different this time around. Na’Vi had some time to study the opposition and prepare, so it should be close. I don’t see how any of the sides can win this one in two games, so getting +105 for over 2.5 is the best pick, in my opinion.
