Saints vs. Buccaneers Player Props for Sunday Night Football – Week 15, 2021

My Sunday Night Football player props from last week smashed. I hit on all four picks, and the hope is to do that again going into week 15.
This week’s Sunday Night Football tilt could be as lopsided as the last. In week 15, Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers host Alvin Kamara and the New Orleans Saints.
One team is shooting for the #1 seed in the NFC, while the other just hopes to get into the playoffs. You can check out the best bet for the game itself in our Saints vs. Buccaneers betting pick, then dive into my top Sunday Night Football player prop bets.
Tom Brady Over 295.5 Passing Yards (-115)
This is the lowest passing yardage total I’ve seen for Brady going into Sunday Night Football. I get that it’s high, but let’s keep in mind that he’s topped this mark seven times in 2021.
Brady’s done so in each of his last two games, and he’s facing a vulnerable Saints pass defense. More specifically, this Saints defense specializes at sniffing out the run, and the Bucs could be without their top running back this weekend.
Back to back days without Leonard Fournette at practice with an ankle issue. I think there is a good chance he misses. Not a great matchup for Ronald Jones, but he would still be a solid RB2 / Flex play.

Whether that’s the case or not, the Bucs are going to have to throw here, and Brady’s entire season suggests this normally high total really isn’t that high at all.
Brady put up 375 passing yards the last time he saw the Bucs, and I can see him throwing for well over 300 again on Sunday Night Football.
Taysom Hill Over 43.5 Rushing Yards (-125)
Taysom Hill will definitely be tested on Sunday Night Football. He played within himself last week, but has a finger injury, and nobody will forget his four-pick performance two games ago.
Now he has to go up against a stout Buccaneers defensive line that knows how to stop the run, and can also harass quarterbacks.
Hill has toted the rock 22 times for 174 yards and two scores over the last two weeks. While the Bucs have shut down opposing running backs, they’ve actually given up the 6th most rushing yards to the quarterback position.
Chris Godwin Over 70.5 Receiving Yards (-118)
Any of Brady’s top receiving weapons are in play here, especially if Fournette is out. However, nobody stands out more than Chris Godwin, who has been on fire lately.
Check out his last two games.
Godwin Over the Last 2 Weeks | ||||
---|---|---|---|---|
Week | Targets | Receptions | Yardage | TDs |
13 | 17 | 15 | 143 | 0 |
14 | 15 | 10 | 105 | 0 |
Godwin is insanely involved right now, and the matchup demands he gets fed again in week 15.
The talent, role, and matchup all point me to the Over here, while Marshon Lattimore has historically loved going up against Mike Evans.
With Evans pretty busy, Godwin should be a great player to target for the Over when it comes to catches, yardage, and scores on Sunday Night Football.
My Top Sunday Night Football Player Prop for Week 15
-
Alvin Kamara Over 4.5 Catches+105
If I was going purely off of last year, I’d be hesitant here. However, Taysom Hill targeted Kamara five times last week, resulting in four catches for the shifty running back.
The Saints are going to try to run the ball, but they’re smart enough to know that it won’t be easy against a nasty front seven like Tampa Bay has.
Traditional running may not work much here, but Hill and Kamara are both extensions of the ground game when used correctly.
The Bucs have allowed the second most receptions and 7th most receiving yardage to backs in 2021, and going up against one of the best pass-catching backs could be a problem.
Overall, I like all of these Sunday Night Football player prop bets for week 15. If you like any of them, feel free to place some bets at the best sites for betting on the NFL.
