Top DFS Picks for the 2021 RSM Classic

The DFS excitement will slow down as the holidays approach. There is no better time than the present to set some winning lineups.
Robert Streb will be attempting to win the RSM Classic in consecutive seasons and become a three-time winner.
The field has plenty of experience and talent in the final tournament of the calendar year. Playing in the state of Georgia makes for intriguing storylines with several former Bulldogs on the PGA TOUR.
It is time now to take your final shot of the year in DFS for PGA TOUR tournaments. Set those winning lineups on DraftKings. Here are my top DFS picks for the 2021 RSM Classicn in Georgia.
Best DFS Golf Picks for the 2021 RSM Classic in Georgia
Many are interested in seeing if Streb will repeat as the tournament winner, but there are plenty of locals golfing in this tournament. Many played in college at Georgia, so it will be interesting if one of them ends up winning this weekend.
Cameron Smith ($10,300)
Smith has been catching fire as of late and seems ready to have another tournament towards the top of the leaderboard. He is coming off an impressive showing at the Houston Open, where he finished tied for 15th despite a less than stellar opening-round score of 71.
- 18th in SG: Putting
- 14th in SG: Approach The Green
Russell Henley ($9,600)
This is where your former Georgia Bulldogs can take a stand and have a showing at the RSM Classic. Henley has momentum going into the weekend thanks to his recent play.
Henley has finished in the Top 25 in three of his past four tournaments, shooting a 5-under at the Houston Open. He has some inconsistent rankings, but once he gets off the tee box, Henley has impressed.
- 103rd in SG: Off-The-Tee
- 1st in SG: Approach The Green
- 65th in SG: Around-The-Green
Being among the top 10 favorites to win the tournament brings value to the DFS lineups. Henley ranks No. 56 on the World Golf Rankings and is likely to move up with another Top 10 finish. If you enjoy gambling outside of DFS, check out our page on the best PGA TOUR betting sites.
Top DFS Sleepers for the 2021 RSM Classic
Picking the top consensus favorites to win a PGA TOUR event is less of a challenge compared to finding sleepers.
For DFS standards, the lineups cannot afford to take more than two favorites. A few sleepers are needed and picking a few off the radar but productive ones can put you in the money.
Kevin Tway ($6,500)
Tway nearly won the Houston Open last weekend, shooting an 8-under (T-2nd). He has been inconsistent, but welcome to the life of finding sleepers.
I prefer those that are good putters and this weekend will impact those that are lacking on the greens. The RSM Classic has Bermuda putting greens, which is considered a challenge for most respectable putters.
Try to fade most golfers that have been struggling on the greens and study those numbers. Tway has a few strengths and putting is one of them.
- 60th in SG: Putting
- 52nd in SG: Off-The-Tee
- 74th in SG: Around-The-Green
If you are interested in wagering on this tournament in more ways than one, check out all of our latest picks.
Denny McCarthy ($7,000)
Another sleeper that can lower DFS salary is a golfer that comes into Georgia with plenty of success. McCarthy has finished consecutive tournaments in the Top 15. He can credit the short game heater he has been on these past few weeks.
- 66th in SG: Putting
- 30th in SG: Around-The-Green
- 89th in SG: Off-The-Tee
McCarthy has a great price and is good enough off the tee to reap the benefits of another top 25 finish. He even finished in the Top 40 at the Butterfield Bermuda Championship as well.
My DraftKings DFS Lineup for Guaranteed Prize Pools
- Denny McCarthy — $7,000
- Seamus Power — $8,200
- Russell Henley — $9,600
- Brendan Todd — $8,400
- Kevin Tway — $6,500
- Cameron Smith — $10,300
These are your winning DFS picks, so be sure to save those lineups. Check for updates throughout and before you put in your entry fees. This lineup brings upside with a few favorites that will hopefully bring home the winning earnings.
There is no money remaining, and this lineup features some of the top golfers in the world, with a few sleepers that can surprise the field.
This is the final event of the calendar year on the PGA TOUR. I wish you all the best of luck and be sure to check back for all of your latest Top PGA betting picks.
