Gameweek 11 of the English Premier League concludes with four games on Sunday, November 7, 2021. If you’re in the mood for betting, you’re at the right place. I will now analyze all the matchups, providing my predictions and betting picks along the way.

Sounds good? If so, let’s start!

Arsenal to Beat Watford

The Gunners are without a single loss in all competitions since August. Their previous two Premier League games saw them beat two pretty tricky opponents, Aston Villa and Leicester City.

On Sunday, they have an easier challenge when Watford comes to Emirates Stadium. This is a team that’s already lost six Premier League games this season, with three of those defeats happening in the previous four rounds.

Not only does Watford seem out of shape, but this team also has some serious injury concerns. There are at least five players on Watford’s injury list, namely:

  • Christian Kabasele (defender)
  • Kiko (defender)
  • Francisco Sierralta (defender)
  • Oghenekaro Etebo (midfielder)
  • Ken Sema (midfielder)

Meanwhile, Arsenal’s only absentee is Granit Xhaka, while their captain Kieran Tierney is expected to make a comeback after a three-game pause due to an ankle injury.

Leeds and Leicester City to Draw

The hosts are currently just one spot above the relegation zone, with a 2-4-4 record this season. Still, this doesn’t mean Leeds players have been playing poorly. No, they’ve just had a very tough schedule.

Although they did slip on a couple of occasions, Leeds have been good when playing against underdogs. That said, most of their defeats happened against clear favorites. But what about the games that finished in a draw?

In those games, they played against teams with a similar player quality to their own. I think the same is going to be the case in their Round 11 game against Leicester City.

Sure, at first look, the Foxes seem to have a much better roster. However, the fact is that some of Leeds’ players have been fantastic this season.

One of the best examples is Rodrigo, a forward whose impressive performances over the last couple of weeks earned him a place in the Spain national team for the upcoming World Cup qualifiers.

Sure, Leicester City has similar weapons on its own, which is why I expect a big battle on Saturday, which will probably end without a winner.

Tottenham and Everton to Draw

The Spurs got a new boss! After losing 3-0 to Manchester United, Tottenham sacked Nuno Espirito Santo, appointing Antonio Conte as his replacement.

This came as wonderful news to Tottenham fans, who were asking for an experienced manager with a cupboard full of trophies. The 52-year-old Italian definitely fits the description as he’s won all of the following:

  • Serie A title in 2011–12, 2012–13, and 2013–14 with Juventus
  • Premier League title in 2016-17 with Chelsea
  • Serie A title in 2020-21 with Inter Milan

He surely has a breathtaking portfolio, but does he have what it takes to put Tottenham back on the right track in the Prem? Judging by what we saw in his debut, he surely can. In the first match with Conte as their manager, the Spurs beat Vitesse 3-2 in the Europa Conference League.

The bad news is that their next opponent is much tougher than Vitesse. On Sunday, they’re taking on Everton on the road. The Toffees might not be in ideal form with three straight Premier League defeats, but they do some amazing players on the roster.

That said, the most likely outcome for this game is a draw, which both teams would probably welcome.

Liverpool to Beat West Ham

The Reds do have some injury concerns with as many as six of their first-team players currently on the injury list. Still, that doesn’t seem to bother them much. Even without those guys, Liverpool has been unstoppable.

This team is without a single defeat this season in all the competitions they’re taking part in. Actually, the last time we saw Liverpool losing a competitive game was in April, when Los Blancos beat them in Madrid in the Champions League.

The Hammers have also been playing well, but the quality is obviously on the side of the visiting team. Proof of this is that the Reds won each of the previous four West Ham vs. Liverpool matches.

In each of those, we saw Liverpool scoring at least twice. The same trend should continue as this team’s offense has been brilliant – in their previous five Premier League games, the Reds scored a total of 17 goals.

Most of those goals were scored by Mohamed Salah, who’s currently the scoring leader in the Prem with 10 goals to his name.

Betting Tips for EPL Round 11 Games on Sunday

Arsenal to Beat Watford1.37
Everton and Tottenham to Draw3.20
Leeds and Leicester to Draw3.50
Liverpool to Beat West Ham1.72

Arsenal to beat Watford is my safest bet of the day. The odds aren’t that great, but if you go to Betway, you’ll get 1.37 on this bet, which is a pretty decent value.

If you’re looking for better odds, betting on the draw in Everton vs. Tottenham and Leeds vs. Leicester might be a better solution. The prices are great, but you can never know what to expect from games like these.

This brings me to a bet that looks sure to win and comes with pretty decent odds. What I’m talking about is Liverpool beating West Ham.
