NFL Parlay Picks for Week 6 – Top NFL Parlay to Target

The New England Patriots did not perform up to expectations last week. They somehow got the win in the end, but they did not cover their 9-point spread.
That was my big miss in last week’s top NFL parlay picks, while the 49ers were my upset bid to push my favorite NFL parlay over the top.
It didn’t work out, but three of five picks did deliver. If you pivoted from the Pats spread to the ML and avoided San Francisco, you could have had a winning parlay.
Week six in the NFL is here, so I’m back to the drawing board as I try to piece together a profitable parlay. You can get your process started with a look at the early week six NFL betting lines, and join me as I hand out my free picks and top NFL parlay.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers to Win (-310)
The Buccaneers seem rather unstoppable right now. Their -310 money line feels a bit light given their star power and current form.
I get it, they’re on the road on a short week, and the Eagles just rallied to down the Panthers. But Jalen Hurts probably won’t find much success against the Buccaneers, who arguably looked the best they have all year on defense last week.
He’s been amazing, and the Bucs are loaded, healthy, and clearly focused on keeping pace with the other top teams in the NFC. Could Philly keep it close at home on Thursday Night Football? Sure, but I don’t see the Bucs losing this thing.
Los Angeles Rams (-10.5) -110
Much like I feel confident in the Bucs getting a big win, I struggle to see how L.A. comes out of week six with anything but a thrashing of the Giants.
New York absolutely has enough talent to end my bid for a perfect week six NFL parlay here. The problem? They’re not healthy.
Saquon Barkley and Kenny Golladay both exited last week’s game with injuries, but the big one has to be Daniel Jones being knocked out of week five with a concussion.
Giants QB Daniel Jones got helped off the field following a shot to the head.
Saquon Barkley is already ruled out with an ankle injury.

Jones not being able to go for this one would make it borderline impossible for Big Blue to keep things competitive.
Even if Jones plays, he’s got an under-manned supporting cast, and the matchup isn’t ideal. That, and the Rams have the offense to blow the door off the hinges.
I love the Rams to win, but their point spread price is too good to get away from.
Cardinals vs. Browns Over 53 (-110)
I really like the Browns in this game. However, they’re coming off of a heartbreaking road loss, and topping an undefeated Arizona team won’t be easy.
Instead of taking that dive – especially with the most reputable NFL betting sites listing them as the favorite – I think bettors can target the game total.
This feels like a palatable game total to chase the Over on. That’s both because the Browns showcased their explosiveness, and because Arizona can put up points with the best of them.
Arizona was grounded last week against the 49ers, but I don’t see that happening again in week six. I think Cleveland can win, but a shootout is coming.
Pittsburgh Steelers to Win (-220)
One more bet to add to my free week six NFL parlay picks is a Steelers win. It feels weird to say this, especially since most left Ben Roethlisberger for dead just two weeks ago.
However, Big Ben rebounded nicely against a solid Broncos defense. Suddenly he and the Steelers have new life.
The exact opposite can be said for the 2-3 Seahawks, who just lost star quarterback Russell Wilson to a devastating finger injury.
Sources: Seahawks are bracing for Russell Wilson to miss at least a month and possibly 6-8 weeks with his ruptured middle-finger tendon that likely requires surgery. Seattle thinking about Wilson’s long-term health. Barring an unexpectedly swift recovery, it’s Geno Smith’s show.

It’s now the Geno Smith show, which has to be scary for anyone who bet on Seattle before the season started. He looked plenty capable last week, but this is still a guy that has been turnover-prone throughout his career. Smith has also gone just 12-19 as a starter.
Pittsburgh is not a good matchup for him on the road, and I think the Steelers grind out another win to get back to .500.
Top NFL Parlay for Week 6
- Tampa Bay Buccaneers to Win (-310)
- Los Angeles Rams (-10.5) -110
- Cardinals vs. Browns Over 53 (-110)
- Pittsburgh Steelers to Win (-220)
Every single NFL parlay carries risk. I’m looking to get on the board in week six, though, so I am trying to lessen that risk slightly.
For week six, I’m cutting things to just four NFL parlay picks, and I’m not going out of my way for plus money. This still looks like a fine NFL parlay, though, as it brings back over $600 for every $100 risked at Bovada.
I’m extremely confident in the Bucs and Rams bets. I think the Browns game should be straight fire, too, while betting against the Seahawks without Wilson just makes sense.
