Monday Night Football Player Props for NFL Week 13 – Bills vs. 49ers

Thanks to major schedule snafus in the NFL last week, pro football fans and bettors alike get a two-game slate of Monday Night Football action.
There’s nothing ever wrong with that, and it gives us an extra way to make money betting on MNF player props.
Last week I broke down the Seahawks vs. Eagles game and handed out a bunch of losing picks. That’s thanks to Philly’s ineptitude, a garbage time Wentz touchdown, and Seattle inexplicably backing off the #LetRussCook narrative.
But hey, at least DK Metcalf lost his mind (177 yards!) at a nice -115 price.
It’s onward and upward on Monday, and here we can break down game two of the MNF betting slate, featuring the Buffalo Bills and San Francisco 49ers.
If you want to bet on the game itself, get your research started with our week 13 NFL betting picks. For player props for MNF in this Bills vs. 49ers affair, read on for my favorite plays.
Josh Allen Over 29.5 Rushing Yards (-111)
Richard Sherman is back for the 49ers, and their defense has been looking good lately. Ipso facto, I’m not gaga about the idea of targeting their secondary right now.
I’m not thrilled about betting against a desperate Niners team at any level, really, but maybe we can exploit something here. Buffalo is on the road against a determined team that is starting to get healthy, which probably means the 49ers won’t be properly respected.
For Josh Allen specifically, it likely means he doesn’t find life too easy down the field, and it could demand him to take off running more than he’d prefer.
San Francisco, oddly enough, ranks dead last in rushing yards allowed to quarterbacks in 2020. It’s the perfect marriage for a fun prop bet – especially considering this rushing yardage total isn’t even that obscene.
Allen has also safely topped this mark on the ground five times this year, so it’s not like it’d be an abnormal milestone for him.
Stefon Diggs Under 77.7 Receiving Yards (-110)
If I’m not super excited about Josh Allen’s passing production on Monday night, you better believe I’m slightly worried about Diggs potentially seeing a lot of Richard Sherman.
Diggs is borderline matchup proof, but beyond the occasional deep ball, Sherman just isn’t a guy that gives up much. In fact, his presence often takes away half the field and forces quarterbacks to look to options they otherwise would not.
Don’t be shocked if Diggs is held in check here a bit. I can see a score or a big play, but I doubt he racks up a ton of catches or posts monster yardage. This yardage total really isn’t that tame, so -110 for the Under feels like a steal.
Cole Beasley Over 4.5 Receptions (-139)
Given the information (or opinion) in the above MNF player prop bets, you can understand why I’m interested in betting on Beasley hauling in five balls on Monday night.
Beasley usually isn’t such a target monster, but his role tends to increase when John Brown is sidelined.

Brown is currently on injured reserve, so naturally, Beasley stands out as someone who may benefit. He saw just four targets last week, but that was in a positive game script at home. I think things lean the other way, and especially with Diggs possibly being blanketed, we could see a busy Beasley in this spot.
Summary
When I sat down to write this, Bill’s prop bets were all that were available. That probably has something to do with injuries and COVID-19 implications for the Niners, as well as the fact that they’re not even technically at home in this game.
Despite that fact, I think San Francisco plays pretty well here, and they may even win. That doesn’t mean we can’t or shouldn’t bet on the Bills when it comes to week 13 Monday Night Football player props, of course.
The above three MNF player props are the best I see currently, but once Niner’s props emerge, we can still use Buffalo’s history and defensive rankings to our advantage.
For instance, the Bills really haven’t been a lockdown defense in 2020. They give up some yardage and points, ranking in the middle of the pack against the pass and allowing the 9th most rushing yards to running backs.
