The Machi Esports vs. Suning odds of the best LoL betting sides are a good indicator that we might see something similar in game two. The Chinese side is a huge favorite to win the clash, and there are plenty of reasons for that.
Machi Esports Analysis
The trajectory of the Worlds 2020 Main Event should be a worry for Machi Esports. The Taiwanese squad started the tournament with a victory over Team Liquid and then put the big favorite G2 Esports under a lot of pressure before losing.
The problem is that Machi Esports was defeated by Suning in the third clash. Despite finding some good pickups and showing excellent mechanical skills, the team was behind strategy-wise and couldn’t stop the opposition, as you can see from the highlights below.
The opponent was better in terms of finding objectives and vision, which was more than enough to win. Machi needs to improve its strategy on Thursday, or another defeat might be on the cards.
The opening clash of the Worlds was a disappointment for Suning because the team was demolished by G2 Esports. That probably motivated the squad, and we saw two solid wins in the next rounds. That puts the Chinese side in a strong position to qualify for the next round of the competition.
What I like so far is the decision making we saw, especially against Machi. Suning works very well with the map, farming the jungles and pushing the lanes exactly when it’s required.
The team can control the games thanks to that and doesn’t even need to find many kills to overcome the opposition. It’s one of the most dangerous squads strategy-wise, and I expect more of the same in the future.
My Machi Esports vs. Suning Pick
I believe that Suning will once again win on Thursday because the team’s overall awareness is better than Machi Esports has displayed so far. And yet, the Chinese squad doesn’t usually dominate that much in the kills department, and the score was 14-9 the first time around.
That’s why I’m slightly surprised by the high line for game two, and I believe that backing Machi to stay within 8.5 kills is the best pick available.
Machi Esports (+8.5)-110
