Green Bay Packers vs. Indianapolis Colts Betting – NFL Week 11, 2020
The interconference showdown between the Green Bay Packers and Indianapolis Colts will take place at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on Sunday, November 22, as the NFL betting action goes on with Week 11.
Both Green Bay and Indy are searching for the playoffs and will be fired up to win this game. They haven’t met since 2016, so I expect to see a great battle, bringing you the best Packers vs. Colts betting pick and odds for Sunday afternoon.
Packers vs. Colts Odds
The 7-2 Packers are topping the NFC North, while the 6-3 Colts are leading the AFC South. The hosts are listed as slight favorites here, but this game could easily go either way.
Green Bay possesses one of the best offenses in the NFL this term, while Indianapolis has one of the best defenses around the league. The bookies set the line at 51.5 points, but I would stay away from the totals.
Green Bay Packers Form
The Packers have won three of their last four games including a 24-20 home victory over the hapless Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 10. Green Bay was listed as a massive 13.5-point fave, but the Packers struggled mightily to outlast the Jags.
They posted just 80 rushing yards against one of the weakest run defenses in the league. At least, Aaron Rodgers threw for 325 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception, while wideout Marquez Valdes-Scantling had four catches for 149 yards and a TD.
The Packers allowed just 260 total yards to the Jaguars. However, they also yielded a TD on a punt return. Green Bay is surrendering 24.9 points per game (15th in the NFL) while scoring 30.8 in return (3rd).
Indianapolis Colts Form
The Colts are coming off a huge 34-17 road victory over their divisional rivals, the Tennessee Titans, this past Thursday. It was another great day for the Colts’ defense that didn’t allow a single point in the second half, while their special teams did a great job and scored a TD after a blocked punt.
Philip Rivers led the way for Indy’s offense, throwing for 308 yards and a TD. Nyheim Hines had 12 totes for 70 yards and a touchdown while adding five receptions for 45 yards and one score.
As well as the Packers, the Colts have won three of their last four contests overall. They limited the Titans to just 294 total yards, and the Colts are leading the NFL with 290.4 total yards allowed per contest.
Indy is yielding 19.7 points per game (4th) while scoring 26.9 in return (15th).
Packers vs. Colts Pick
Indianapolis Colts to Win-140
I’m delighted with the Colts’ defensive work in 2020, looking for more of the same against the Packers in Week 11. This will be a great game to watch, as the Packers’ offense certainly possesses enough talent to endanger the Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium.
However, the Packers’ ground game hasn’t worked well against the Jaguars. If they struggle once more in Indianapolis, the Packers will be in big trouble. The Colts are a well-balanced team, especially on the defensive end, so I’m backing them to win straight up.
Indy is 3-1 straight up and ATS in its last four matchups with Green Bay. The Colts have won four of their last five outings at home and are 14-4 SU in their previous 18 showings at Lucas Oil Stadium. The Packers are 7-2 SU in their last nine road contests, but they’ve lost four of their previous eight road matchups with the AFC.
