This is a claiming race for three-year-olds and upward running a distance of 1-1/16 miles on turf for a purse of $13,000.

I like the 7/5 favorite in this race—Top of the Game, ridden by Catalino Martinez. This seven-year-old gelding finished in the money 14 of his 33 career starts, winning 10 of them.

The longest odds I found in this field that were a value bet were 10/1, which means a show ticket on Conquest Lemonraid, with Kevin Orozco aboard. This six-year-old gelding moneyed 15 of his 25 career starts, with three wins.

This is a maiden claiming race for two-year-old fillies running a distance of 1-1/16 miles on turf for a purse of $15,000.

I’m backing the third-favored (9/2) entry here—Cold Brew Kelly, ridden by Irving Orozco. This filly moneyed her two career starts, both of them seconds.

All the long-odds entries are in the also-eligibles group, but that doesn’t matter for our purposes since none of them is worth risking a show bet.

This is a claiming race for three-year-olds and upward running a distance of five furlongs on turf for a purse of $20,000.

I’m sticking with the 2/1 morning line favorite for this race—Regal Born, with Irving Orozco in the irons. This six-year-old gelding moneyed 20 of his 29 career starts, winning four of them—which gives him the best record in this field.

Of the two longer-odds entries, neither is likely to see a money finish here.
