EuroLeague Predictions and Best Bets – January 14, 2021

| January 13, 2021 5:36 pm PDT

EuroLeague basketball betting action continues on Thursday, with a third straight day of games.

Just three teams are hitting the hardwood, however, giving bettors the smallest slate of the week. Take a quick look at which teams will be facing off on January 14th.

  • Khimki Moscow vs. Anadolu Efes
  • Olimpia Milano vs. Alba Berlin
  • Saski Baskonia vs. Maccabi Tel Aviv

It’s a small slate, and it also could be a dicey one. Two of the three games have 7-point spreads or worse, and the totals are all pretty high.

Hopefully, I can help you navigate through the madness, though.

If you rolled with my EuroLeague predictions and top betting picks on Wednesday, I scored a win with Bayern Munich (-164), Zalgiris missed being a winner by two points, and the Crvena Zvezda game got postponed.

It’s onward and upward with Thursday’s EuroLeague picks.

Khimki Moscow vs. Anadolu Efes Predictions

  • Anadolu Efes to beat Khimki Moscow
  • Predicted total: 165-170

Alexey Shved and Khimki Moscow keep things exciting but betting on them to win a game has been a losing venture this year.

The scoring and upside is always there, but they haven’t won since round nine. I’d imagine they’d get their third win of the year at some point, but on the road against Anadolu Efes doesn’t feel like the right spot.

Olimpia Milano vs. Alba Berlin Predictions

  • Olimpia Milano to beat Alba Berlin
  • Predicted total: 160-165

Malcolm Delaney keeps playing solid ball, and it’s led to two straight wins for Milano. They’re on the road against Alba Berlin, who have lost five in a row.

Alba Berlin’s defense is pretty attackable, and it’ll be even worse if big man Luke Sikma remains out. It just doesn’t look great for Alba Berlin right now, so the only question here is if they can beat the spread.

Saski Baskonia vs. Maccabi Tel Aviv Predictions

  • Maccabi Tel Aviv to beat Saski Baskonia
  • Predicted total: 150-155

This is the toughest game to project on this small slate, as Maccabi Tel Aviv is the narrow 4-point home favorite.

Both teams are healthy and are hovering right around .500. My gut says to trust Maccabi Tel Aviv, who got Scottie Wilbekin (25 points) back into a groove in their last contest.

Best EuroLeague Bets for Thursday, January 14th

  • Khimki Moscow (+10) -102
  • Khimki Moscow vs. Anadolu Efes Under 172.5 (-108)
  • Maccabi Tel Aviv to Win (-172)

There are just three games on Thursday’s EuroLeague basketball schedule, so as you can imagine, your betting options are a bit limited.

Can you bet on every single wager offered at the best EuroLeague betting websites? Sure, and I could also just hand you picks for every bet, too.

But my job is to point you to the best EuroLeague bets, and in my opinion, there are just three that seem worth it on this slate.

Hopefully, these Euroleague picks find you well. Good luck, and happy betting!
