EuroLeague Predictions and Best Bets – April 9, 2021

Last time I left you with EuroLeague betting picks and predictions, I was very close to a 3-1 run with my favorite plays.

The Khimki game had a total of 169.5, and I suggested betting the Over at -108. How many points did Khimki and CSKA combine for? Exactly 169.

Oof. It was a fine try, and going .500 with picks of any kind is better than full-blown losing.

I’m back for more EuroLeague basketball picks. I missed Thursday’s slate, but let’s take a look at who is in action on Friday.

This is an ugly EuroLeague betting slate at first glance. The Khimki game has an insane 16.5-point spread, and three of these games have spreads at 7.5 or thicker.

That does offer some ATS wiggle room, and there are obviously other ways to bet on the EuroLeague.

Let’s see which bets stand out the most in Friday’s EuroLeague betting picks and predictions.

This is an easy call. Zenit has been the better team all year, and they need to win to qualify for the playoffs.

They’re hefty 8-point favorites here, and they did take care of Maccabi Tel Aviv (78-72) earlier this season.

With so much on the line, I’d expect Zenit to leave little doubt here. Maccabi Tel Aviv is still plenty interesting ATS, but I’ll be shocked if Zenit blows this one.

This is a YOLO bet if you’re up for it. You don’t have to risk much for an absurd +961 Khimki to return immense value. Yes, I know they’re massive dogs due to top guard Alexey Shved being out.

That shouldn’t be ignored, but Khimki has two of their four wins since round 27, and they even took out Real Madrid. Both of these teams are banged up, and neither side really has much to play for.

I’d probably mostly just leave this game alone, or if you want to play it safe, go with the Khimki side of an insane 16.5-point spread. But +961 is awfully tough to ignore here.

This is probably going to be the best game on Friday’s EuroLeague slate. It’s certainly priced that way, with Anadolu favored by just 3.5 points.

They’re the better team, but neither of these teams have a ton to play for. Both are in the playoffs, and all they can do is move up or down slightly in the standings.

Milano offers more value, but getting Anadolu Efes at -165 is fairly rare. I’d jump on that price, but Milano at +3.5 also looks pretty good in a rematch of what was a three-point game earlier this season.

This could also be a great game, depending on how hard Barcelona wants to go.

They have officially clinched first place, and it wouldn’t be shocking to see some of their best players be limited or take the day off.

Bayern is also in, but they can still work their way up the standings a bit.

Khimki takes a considerable hit without their best player, but they still can’t defend, and they play fast. There should be plenty of points in this one, while a 16.5-point spread feels like a low-risk bet to target.

Anadolu’s moneyline is really tempting. They’re the better team, and finishing the year strong has its merits. I think they’re tough to pass here at -165.

Barcelona probably wins even if they rest some guys, but beating a good Bayern Munich team by eight points feels like a tall order.

Overall, I love these bets if you plan on hitting up the top basketball betting sites on Friday.
