Week 10 of the 2020 NFL season brings a must-see interconference clash at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, so here’s my best Buffalo Bills vs. Arizona Cardinals betting pick along with the latest odds update.

The Cardinals suffered a bitter loss in the previous round, while the Bills earned a huge win over Seattle. Both teams are legitimate playoff contenders, so Sunday’s game will have a lot on the table for each side.

The Bills are 7-2 after the first nine weeks, but they opened as slight underdogs against the 5-3 Cardinals. Arizona possesses a lot of top-notch players, especially on the offensive end, but both Cardinals and Bills have had ups and downs thus far.

Buffalo and Arizona haven’t met since 2016. The Bills are 6-1 straight up and ATS in their last seven matchups with the Cardinals, and the over is 5-2 in that span.

The bookies expect to see a lot of points in this one, setting the line at 56 points, though both teams are capable of playing solid defense.

The Bills are coming off a terrific 44-34 home victory over the Seattle Seahawks this past Sunday. They were listed as 3-point dogs, but the Bills completely outplayed the Seahawks on both sides of the ball.

Buffalo allowed 34 points to one of the best offensive teams in the league. However, the Bills picked off Russell Wilson twice and surrendered only 57 rushing yards to the Seahawks.

Josh Allen had a big game, tossing for 415 yards and three touchdowns while scoring once on his own. Stefon Diggs had nine receptions for 118 yards; John Browns added eight catches for 99 yards, as Buffalo took full advantage of Seattle’s awful secondary.

The Bills are scoring 26.9 points per game (14^th in the NFL) on 377.3 total yards (12^th). They are yielding 25.9 points in a return (19^th) on 364.9 total yards (18^th).

The Cardinals disappointed in Week 9, losing to the Miami Dolphins 34-31 as 6-point home favorites. After allowing a whopping 24 first-half points, the Cardinals turned things around in the third quarter, but they allowed ten unanswered points in the fourth to blow a seven-point lead.

Kyler Murray put on a strong performance, tossing for 283 yards and three touchdowns and carrying the ball 11 times for 106 yards and one score. The Cardinals had a chance to tie the game with 1:58 left in the fourth quarter, but Zane Gonzalez’s 49-yard field goal was no good.

Arizona racked up 442 total yards and allowed only 312 in a return. However, the Cardinals allowed the Dolphins to score a TD on all three trips to the red zone. Arizona surrenders 22.5 points per contest (8^th in the league) on 370.1 total yards (19^th), scoring 29.3 points in a return (6^th) on 422.0 total yards (1^st).

While the Bills are riding a three-game win streak, the Cardinals snapped their three-game winning streak in Week 9. This is the clash of two in-form teams, and I’m looking for a tight battle down the stretch.

The Bills have underperformed defensively since the start of the season, but they’ve improved over the last few weeks. Buffalo will struggle to cope with the Cardinals’ ground game. However, the Bills’ secondary should cope well with the Cardinals, and with all their dangerous offensive weapons, I’m backing the Bills to cover a 3.5-point spread.

The Cardinals have a lot of inexperienced players in the defensive unit. They have some injury problems, too, so I highly doubt Arizona’s chances to win this game comfortably.
