The hosts will try to snap a three-game skid and escape from a danger zone, while the visiting team will search for its third straight victory, so excitements are guaranteed in this one.

Despite the teams’ current form, Bologna is listed as a firm fave to win this clash. According to the Bovada.lv sportsbook, the Greyhounds and Islanders should produce some goals, and the bookies believe that both teams will find the net.

At the moment, Cagliari’s defense is the second-worst in the Italian Serie A, while Bologna’s defense is the fourth-worst in the league.

Bologna is sitting at the 17^th spot of the Serie A standings, just above the relegation zone. The Greyhounds have earned only one win along with four losses while tallying an 8:10 goal difference.

As I’ve mentioned, they are riding a three-game losing streak following a 2-1 defeat at Lazio this past weekend. In two outings at home, Bologna defeated Parma 4-1 and lost to Sassuolo 3-4 despite a 3-1 lead early in the second half.

Midfielder Roberto Soriano leads the way for the Greyhounds with three goals and three assists, while winger Riccardo Orsolini netted twice. Four players will miss Saturday’s clash due to injuries, but all Bologna’s important first-team players are ready to go.

On the other side, Cagliari is laying at the 11^th spot with seven points and a 10:12 goal difference. The Islanders have recorded a couple of wins and losses along with one draw, but they’ve won the previous two games against Torino 3-2 on the road and Crotone 4-2 at home.
