Best Horse Racing Bets – Wednesday, September 30, 2020

Even though the tracks today could have used more surprises and definitely more underdogs, I still managed to unearth some decent potential ROI enhancers at all three tracks I covered—Indiana Grand Race Course, Parx Racing, and Thistledown Racino.

Let’s get right to my picks and predictions for Wednesday, September 30, 2020.

I stuck with the morning line for races 6 and 8 but went with the second-favored entry in race 7 (click the link below to find out why).

I also found a good 15/1 value show bet in race 6, but the other two races were surprisingly devoid of bettable longshots.

Parx Racing was all about the morning line, which I wound up agreeing with for all three races.

On the other hand, there’s an “if/then” wager in race 7 I need to explain: If the also-eligible Awsum Road enters the race, then bet her to win race 7, otherwise, bet the favorite.

Oh, and I found a modestly profitable 12/1 show ticket worth buying in race 8.

I was also forced to agree with the morning line for two of the three races I covered at Thistledown. I back the favorites in both race 2 and race 7, although those two matches do provide us with some 10/1 value show bets.

At least I found the second-favored Dyna’s Holiday to be the more likely winner of race 5. So we’ve got that going for us.
