Best Horse Racing Bets for Wednesday, November 25, 2020

Of the three tracks I reviewed for Wednesday’s races, Churchill Downs delivered the most underdogs and value show bets. In fact, Parx Racing and Mountaineer Racetrack each offered races where it was impossible to find a winner other than the M/L’s favorite.

I did, however, manage to find at least one good value show bet at each of the tracks, so we’ve got that going for us. Which is nice.

I found the most underdogs and the best value show bets at Churchill Downs today. While I agreed with the morning line about the winner in race 2, I found a fourth-favored entry in race 7 and a third-favored in race 8.

Plus, there’s a 10/1 minor value show ticket in race 2, as well as a slightly more profitable 12/1 show bet in race 8 that could be an even more profitable across the board bet.

I could find nothing disagreeable about the morning line’s picks for winners in the three races I reviewed at Parx for Wednesday. Yes, I went with all the favorites.

Still, I found a very good 15/1 value show bet in race 1, so there’s that.

Again, I found myself agreeing with the morning line in all three races I reviewed at Mountaineer for Wednesday, and I wish I could say agreeing with the M/L is easier than touting an 8/1 underdog, but the truth is, they both require the same amount of research and math.
