Best Horse Racing Bets for Wednesday, November 11, 2020

Wagering opportunities at the three tracks I chose for review for Wednesday—Churchill Downs, Parx Racing, and Mountaineer Racetrack—are a mixed bag, but certainly replete with enough underdogs and long-odds profit centers to keep our investment portfolio happy.

You’ll find just a third of the races called for underdogs, but you’ll also find about a third where I found long-odds potentials for show tickets.

I found myself in agreement with the morning line on all three races I reviewed at Churchill Downs today, but I discovered a single potential long-odds show bet in race 7.

Notice that I’ve got an if-then bet in race 8, where the also-eligible Movie Moxie is a win bet if she starts—otherwise, your win ticket should be on More Than Unusual. To make it easier, Florent Geroux is slated to ride one or the other, so just look for the Geroux label.

I was in full agreement with the morning line for the first two races I reviewed at Parx for Wednesday, but we parted ways on race 10, where I like the second-favored Factor This In better.

I also found a solid value show ticket in race 10—so solid that I recommend an across the board wager.

I found the most underdogs for Wednesday at Mountaineer Racetrack, where I backed the morning line in race 5, but went with the second-favored entry in race 7 and the third-favored in race 8. I also found a couple of potential longer-odds moneymakers in races 5 and 8. No real longshots, but 12/1 and 15/1 ain’t exactly chopped liver, either.
