My track choices for Tuesday’s three richest race prediction blogs were Delta Downs, Parx Racing, and Mahoning Valley Race Course, and I found some underdogs and a few surprise long-odds moneymakers to make our bankrolls happy this first week of Any-Year-But-2020.

I found myself agreeing with the morning line for races 3 and 7, but race 8 had a solid underdog contender at 9/2 M/L, so that’s my recommendation.

Also, I found two 15/1 long-odds show tickets, one in race 7 and another in race 8.

Parx was very straight-forward for Tuesday, with no surprises in the long-odds department and only one non-morning line favorite to tout — the second-favored entry in race 9, to be exact. For the other two races, I had to stick with the M/L’s reasoning. Some days are like that.

Mahoning Valley Race Course gave us the best selection of underdogs for Tuesday, with second-favorites the most likely winners in both race 4 and race 5. I went with the morning-line favorite in race 1.

Underdogs weren’t the only thing prevalent at Mahoning for Tuesday: I found two value show bets (settle down — they were both at 10/1) in races 4 and 5.
