Best Esports Bets for Tuesday, September 15, 2020

There are quite a few major events to pick from the esports schedule this Tuesday and in this post, I look at five matchups that carry some amazing betting value.
My best esports bets for today include predictions for games from the CS:GO, Dota 2, and League of Legends scenes and they all come with the latest betting prices and the reasoning behind my picks.
I kick things off with an early Counter-Strike bout but be sure to stay until the end where you will find four more matchups and information on some of the top esports betting sites out there.
Vitality vs. Fnatic Over 2.5
- Game: CS:GO
- Tournament: ESL Pro League Season 12: Europe
- Starting time: 08:30 AM Pacific Time
- Odds: +102
Vitality and Fnatic will clash in another round of Group B at the ongoing ESL Pro League tournament and I feel the tie will be closer than the betting sites suggest.
The Frenchmen are deservedly the favorites but they have had some uncharacteristic showings lately and their main piece ZywOo looks far from his best form.
Fnatic, on the other hand, has won two of their four fixtures and despite they can still exhibit a lot of tactical errors, their gunmen KRIMZ, JW, and Brollan can definitely take advantage of Vitality’s shaky displays.
I fail to see how any of these teams will be able to dominate here and this one should go to a decisive third round.
Anything higher than +100 for the Over 2.5 market gives you great value, so I can’t pass up on the opportunity.
My Vitality vs. Fnatic betting preview for today gives you more insight into the organizations’ most recent form and the reasoning behind my prediction so be sure to check it out if you feel you need more convincing.
5men vs. Team Unique Draw
- Game: Dota 2
- Tournament: BTS Pro Series Season 3: Europe/CIS
- Starting time: 11:00 AM Pacific Time
- Odds: +102
The BTS Pro Series schedule for the European & CIS division offers us a tie between 5men and Team Unique.
5men are the definite favorite here but their form has been poor since the start of the tournament as they haven’t been able to get their execution right in any of their previous two ties.
Team Unique will take comfort from easily overcoming the struggling B8 in the last round and have every chance of salvaging something from the upcoming matchup.
In any case, both teams are quite shaky and the draw looks like the most logical conclusion.
My colleague Jerry Summer is on the same page and if you want more insight into the organizations’ recent form and why we think the +102 price for a tied game is the best option you can check his 5men vs. Team Unique betting pick post by clicking here.
Astralis vs. NiP Over 2.5
- Game: CS:GO
- Tournament: ESL Pro League Season 12: Europe
- Starting time: 12:00 Noon Pacific Time
- Odds: +114
Another edition of the Astralis vs. NiP derby takes place in Group B of the ESL Pro League.
The Ninjas prevailed in the last two meetings with the Danes, however, Astralis have picked up the pace since the return of in-game leader gla1ve and are currently sitting on a three-game winning streak.
The Swedes are in a bit of a jam after losing three of their opening four fixtures but they came close in two of those and I expect they will up the ante now that their playoff hopes are hanging by a thread.
They are deservedly the underdogs here but their tactics have been successful against Astralis in the past and given how the Danes are still not as dominant as we’re used to seeing them, the Ninjas have every chance of taking at least a map.
The Over 2.5 market is the way to go here and the price of +114 is terrific given the circumstances.

More Esports Betting Tips for Tuesday, September 15th
And here are the rest of my best esports predictions for today:
- Vodafone Giants (-1.5) vs. GamerLegion; +131
- Chaos (-1.5) vs. Triumph; -120
Before I present you with the reasoning behind my choices, I want to quickly talk about our recommended esports betting sites.

Now back to my picks.
The 2020 LoL European Masters tournament starts its playoff stage and the early elimination matchup pins together big favorites Vodafone Giants and GamerLegion.
Both teams have racked up positive runs in the event so far but the Giants’ superior experience in these stages should give them an advantage here.
They are sitting on a four-game winning streak and narrowly losing to G2 Arctic in the LVP Superliga will provide them with additional incentive to go all out for the EU Masters title.
The matchup will be GamerLegion’s toughest test so far and the team will find it very hard to counter the Giants’ expert drafting and laning phase tactics.
It is highly likely that the favorites will dominate this crunch tie and the price of +131 is looking quite good given the circumstances.
And finally, I’m going with a clean sweep for Chaos against Triumph at the CS:GO ESL Pro League.
Triumph easily overcame the crumbling Cloud9 organization at a recent Mythic League matchup but that is the only high point of the team since they lost their best player Grim.
Chaos has done a decent job since the departure of their in-game leader steel with Mexican player MarKE offering good support to the remaining core of Xeppaa, leaf, vanity, and Jonji.
There’s no telling how long this roster will stay together but they are looking solid for the time being and it’s a perfect opportunity for them to claim another good win against their struggling opponents.
All things considered, the -120 price for a handicap victory is quite fair and that would be my final pick here.
This wraps up my choices for the top esports bets for Tuesday. Let’s hope we can win some cash and be sure to tune in tomorrow for another edition of the series!
