| February 23, 2021 1:21 pm PDT

NASCAR betting favorites have thus far failed to light up the 2021 season.

But a trip to the Homestead-Miami Speedway this Sunday, February 28, could see that suddenly change.

I’ve been looking for the best odds for the 2021 Dixie Vodka 400, as well as the best ways to make money wagering on the Cup Series this weekend.

I’ll be sharing the best bets and some predictions before I get down to my Dixie Vodka 400 betting pick. So, strap in, and I’ll talk you through the latest NASCAR odds.

Latest Dixie Vodka 400 Odds (2021)

These are the top odds for the 2021 Dixie Vodka 400 online at the time of writing.

If you are planning on betting on these Dixie Vodka 400 odds, remember that they are subject to change. You can head over to the best NASCAR betting sites to make sure you’re still happy with them, however.

As you can see, the betting favorites for Homestead this Sunday are Denny Hamlin and Kevin Harvick. Martin Truex, Chase Elliott, Kyle Larson, and Kyle Busch make up the frontrunners for NASCAR’s third race of the season.

Will any of the drivers above make my main 2021 Dixie Vodka 400 picks? You’re going to have to wait to find that out.

Before we do that, I’ll cover the three top contenders for the race. As well as a few drivers that could do well, of course.

When you’re ready, let’s move on to the best drivers for betting on the Dixie Vodka 400.

Betting on the 2021 Dixie Vodka 400

It’s time to reel off my betting tips for the Dixie Vodka 400.

I’m looking at three main contenders for the race as well as three drivers that could realistically win you money gambling on the 2021 Dixie Vodka 400.

Let’s start from the top.

Denny Hamlin +500

First up is the defending Dixie Vodka 400 champion, Denny Hamlin.

Hamlin has one win, one top-5, and two top tens from his last three races here. He a three-time winner at Homestead and a rightful favorite.

Kevin Harvick +500

Harvick, who until last year’s 26th place finish, had the best average finish at Homestead from all active drivers (6.42)

The Closer won here in 2014 and nailed six top-4 finishes in a row until his last outing.

Will Harvick be my Dixie Vodka 400 pick? Well, let’s say that I see him finishing in the top-5, at the very least.

Kyle Busch +1000

Finally, we have Kyle Busch, who is solid betting value at +1000.

Busch, the 2019 Cup Series champion, has one win and two top-5s from his last three races at the Homestead-Miami Speedway.

Busch is a two-time winner of this race and one of the best bets for the 2021 Dixie Vodka 400.

Other Drivers to Consider

  • Kyle Larson +900
  • Joey Logano +1000
  • Ryan Blaney +2000

Kyle Larson’s odds to win the Dixie Vodka 400 are solid at +900. I’d consider him at +750 and above but pass on him at anything less.

Joey Logano is always a threat at Homestead, where he has a win the 2018 November race and five top-6 finishes from his last seven races.

Ryan Blaney is also one of the best bets for the Dixie Vodka 400, given his constant improvement here that resulted in a 3rd place finish in 2020’s edition of the race.

At this point, you’re probably making Dixie Vodka 400 predictions of your own. But hold on placing your bets until you’ve heard my NASCAR pick for this weekend.

2021 Dixie Vodka 400 Betting Pick

  • Kyle Busch

No NASCAR betting strategies will omit the importance of looking for value in odds.

And when it comes to making my betting pick for the Dixie Vodka 400, the value in Kyle Busch’s odds is just too good to ignore.

Busch finished 14th and 35th in the first two races of the season. I had expected him to start slow, but am confident that he will be up there with the leaders of the race this Sunday.

I’m making a Dixie Vodka 400 prediction here that Busch will have a big race this weekend. He is the best active driver at Homestead in the last three races and has led for 435 laps in the last ten races.

I’m sure that all of the above will explain why my Dixie Vodka 400 pick is Kyle Busch.
