All other single deck blackjack games in Las Vegas pay 6:5 on a natural. All the 6:5 games permit players to double down on any two cards but not after splitting. The dealer hits soft 17 at all Las Vegas single deck blackjack tables.

Note that a 6:5 blackjack game increases the house edge by about 1.4 percent. The 6:5 single deck blackjack games have a house edge of about two percent.

El Cortez spreads 3-2 single deck blackjack with a $5 or $10 minimum bet, depending on the time of day. Silverton has it for $10 24 hours a day.

El Cortez permits players to double down on any first two cards. Silverton only allows double down on 10 and 11 on the first two cards. Double down after slitting is not permitted at either casino.
