Blackjack at The Strat
The Strat is the new name of Stratosphere. It was rebranded by Golden Entertainment, its new owner. Players will often find $5 3:2 blackjack here. At most, it is $10.
Double down before and after splitting is permitted. For $25, you can get these rules in a double deck. All blackjack at The Strat hits soft 17.
Treasure Island’s Blackjack Games
Treasure Island is one of the best options on the Las Vegas Strip for blackjack. There are 3:2 games starting at $10. The double deck has double down before and after splitting. The six-deck games add surrender and re-split aces. These games hit soft 17. For $100, you can get these games standing on all 17’s.
There is stadium blackjack with a $1 minimum during the week and $3 on weekends with a 3:2 payout. It is in the south pit.
Blackjack at Wynn and Encore
Wynn and Encore are sister casinos. Wynn typically has higher limits than Encore. Both casinos require $25 to get a 3:2 game. It is a six-deck that hits soft 17 but has otherwise loose rules, including surrender and re-split aces.
A double-deck game has a $100 minimum with double down before and after split. Stand on all 17 shoes start at $100.
Blackjack at Venetian and Palazzo
Venetian and Palazzo are sister casinos owned by Las Vegas Sands. The two properties are nearly identical in their blackjack offerings. Both spread Spanish 21. It has a $15 minimum bet. This is the only blackjack games under $50 with a house edge under 1% because the others all pay 6:5.
For $50, players get a traditional 3:2 game. The choices are double-deck or six-deck. Both allow double down before and after splitting. The dealer hits soft 17. The shoe game adds surrender and re-split aces. For $100, the six-deck game stands on all 17s.
Circus Circus Blackjack
Blackjack options improved at Circus Circus since last year. That is because the casino was acquired by the same owner as Treasure Island.
The 3:2 blackjack minimum was lowered to $10. Spanish 21 was added to the mix. It also has a $10 minimum. All Circus Circus blackjack hits soft 17.
Blackjack Games at Sahara
SLS Las Vegas became Sahara since our last survey. The rebranding involves new ownership. Players will find $5 Blackjack Switch and $15 3:2 blackjack. These games hit soft 17.
The traditional game has double down before and after splitting. The $100 game adds stand on all 17’s, surrender and re-split aces.
