That makes it one of the worst blackjack games in Las Vegas, not just Fremont Street.

The 3:2 blackjack games at California have a $5 minimum. One is double deck. The other is six-deck.
Both have the same rules. Double down is allowed before splitting but not after. The dealer hits soft 17.
Downtown Grand Blackjack
All blackjack tables at Downtown Grand pay 3:2. The double deck allows double down before and after splitting. It has a $25 minimum. The six-deck game adds surrender and re-split aces. It has a $5 minimum. Both games hit soft 17.

Fremont’s Blackjack Tables
Fremont has the typical Downtown Las Vegas Boyd Gaming rules. Double deck and six-deck games have a $5 minimum. Double down before splitting is permitted, but not after. The dealer hits soft 17. Blackjack pays 3:2 at most tables.

Blackjack at Golden Gate
All blackjack tables at Golden Gate pay 3:2. The eight-deck game is $5 and allows double down before and after splitting.

Golden Nugget’s Blackjack Games
Golden Nugget blackjack is a mixed bag. Its Bonus Spin Blackjack in the front party pit is the worst blackjack game in Las Vegas. If you walk past that pit, you will find $15 six-deck blackjack games that pay 3:2. Double down before and after splitting, as well as surrender, are offered. For $50 in the high limit salon, you will get re-split aces added to the rules.
