Where to Find the Best UFC 255 Odds Online
Many bettors like to think that they are doing things right when it comes to betting on UFC 255, or any other MMA or boxing event, for that matter. But among the most common error bettors make is taking the first odds they see for a fight.
I can’t stress enough how important it is to shop around for lines and compare odds. If you want to increase your profit margin and minimize the chances of suffering losses, this is an area you can’t ignore. So it really pays to get into the habit of looking for those chunky odds.
Odds can change, of course, so always make sure to double-check that they are right for you before you take them. But that’s another reason for being on top of trends and knowing the best sites for betting on the fights.
Today, I am focusing on the best odds at sites for US bettors. If you want to start shopping around for odds right now, here’s our list of the best UFC betting sites so you can get a head start.
If you’re ready to learn more, I’m going to highlight where to find the best odds for UFC 255. Not only will this make things easy for you this time around, but you can use this knowledge in the future.
Let’s do it.
Best Odds for Figueiredo by KO/TKO
The best odds for Figueiredo to win by KO/TKO are -125 with BetOnline.
In my opinion, these odds are particularly good. I expected Figueiredo by KO/TKO to much shorter at the start of the week and was pleasantly surprised at the odds-on offer when I put my betting preview for Figueiredo vs. Perez together.
My preview for the main event bout was published before this piece. As such, you might notice that the odds for this bet were -120, meaning that there has been a slight change in them since then. But as this was my number one wager on the fight, I am still very encouraged by this price.
I’d recommend taking the odds as soon as you can if you are betting on this result. I don’t expect them to get any better.
Alternatively, I also like the following bets for a Figueiredo win.
- Figueiredo to Win in Round 2
- Figueiredo to Win by Submission
Best Odds for Perez to Win
BetNow has the best odds for Perez to win at +250.
But is that enough to put your faith in Alex Perez to dethrone Deiveson Figueiredo? It’s not for me, I’m afraid. I’m not keen on his chances in this fight, and certainly at those odds.
If you’re looking to bet on Perez beating Figueiredo, I’d probably give some thought to smarter bets. Line shopping and comparing odds is always a good idea, but identifying betting value in less common markets is important, too.
I’m not keen on Perez at +250, even though they are the best odds I can find out there. I do, however, like the following bets, especially as the odds will be much better.
- Perez to Win in Round 4
- Perez to Win in Round 5
- Perez to Win by Decision
Best Odds for Shevchenko by KO/TKO
The best odds for Shevchenko to win by KO/TKO come in at -140 with BetOnline.
OK, so the UFC flyweight champion’s odds to win by stoppage look drastically better than her circa -1400 price on the moneyline. But I’m not massively keen on her stopping Maia.
For a start, Maia has only ever been knocked out once. And it came super early in a fight all the way back in the day. Alright, she hasn’t faced anyone quite like Shevchenko isn’t known as a knockout artist. In fact, she has more submissions (7) and the same number of decisions (6) than she does KO/TKOs.
In my opinion, it could be potentially profitable to look at the following bets.
- Shevchenko to Win by Decision
- Fight to End Over 2.5 Rounds
Best Odds for Maia to Win
If you’re looking for the best odds for Maia to beat Shevchenko, you can get +890 at MyBookie.
I’ve seen Maia’s odds as low as +650 with some outlets. I would be expecting around the +750 mark, at least, in order to be interested in backing her to pull off what would be a major upset.
But at +900? Those odds should really get the old gray matter working. It’s not every day you’ll see a UFC title challenger with such an appealing price. Still, those odds are high for a reason.
If you’re backing Maia to win, why not go all out? If she is going to pull off a shock, you could make an even bigger profit with the bets below.
- Maia to Win by Submission
- Maia to Win by KO/TKO
- Maia to Win by Decision
Best Odds for Perry to Win
Bovada has the best odds for Perry to Win (-150).
Perry to beat Means is going to be one of the top bets of the evening. And at odds of -150, you can’t exactly call it a major risk.
However, Perry is known as a power puncher. He’s not exactly much more than that. So, the longer the fight goes on, the slimmer the margin of Perry winning could become. Especially against a guy as experienced as Means.
Perry is a bit of a Wildman, so you never really know what to expect from him.
Mike Perry returns this weekend.— Ariel Helwani (@arielhelwani) November 16, 2020
His corner, per his manager Abraham Kawa, will be his (pregnant) girlfriend and a long-time friend of his who isn’t a fighter.
Darren Till did not make the cut.
I like the following bets for Perry. These will most definitely come with nicer odds.
- Perry to Win by KO/TKO
- Perry to Win in Round 1
- Perry to Win in Round 2
Best Odds for Means to Win
Best odds available for Means to win come in at +120 with BetUS.
You can’t fault anyone for predicting a win for Tim Means over Mike Perry, especially with some of the unsettling stories circulating about the “Platinum” one over the past year.
Means has been around the block and knows that the slightest distraction in a fighter’s personal life can be enough to throw them off their game inside the cage. So, can he do it?
Well, as long as he is in there, he has a chance. But I would probably stick to the moneyline. That said, if you want to check out other bets, I’d play it safe.
Here are the only other bets for Means that I would entertain.
- Means to Win by Decision
- Means to Win by Submission
