Top DFS Lineups to Use in NFL Week 10 (2020)

NFL DFS Lineups for Week 10, 2020

It was back to the good times last week, as my cash game lineup did very well, and my GPP lineup did even better.

Across both of my NFL DFS lineups last week, the only real issue was James Conner, who got 2.9 fantasy points and was inexplicably not utilized in a close game.

It was weird to see, but most everyone else I touted smashed. Drew Lock and Josh Allen were fantastic, C-Mac was a beast in his first game back, Dalvin Cook continued to be a monster, and guys like Terry McLaurin and D.J. Chark wrecked, as well.

Hopefully you avoided Conner. If so, my daily fantasy football lineups may have helped you to a big week.

The hope is to keep things going in a positive direction. Let’s see if we can do that with my top NFL DFS lineups for week 10.

Week 10 Daily Fantasy Football Advice

This is a really straightforward week for NFL DFS, in my opinion. There are some guys coming back from injury, and a few that may sit out, but there isn’t anything too crazy we need to prepare for.

In fact, there is a real lack of obvious studs we need to spend up for, too. Dalvin Cook isn’t on the main slate. There are no Chiefs options, there’s no Lamar Jackson, Derrick Henry isn’t here, and Atlanta, Dallas, and L.A. are all on bye.

This could make it very interesting as far as who we pay for, and who we fade. I think I’ve got it figured out for week 10, but the ownership game is what may separate us from massive wins this week, depending on how we play it.

Like always, of course, we want to pay attention to the weekly NFL betting lines to see which games we should be targeting and even stacking.

Here are the games and their respective totals that stand out for week 10.

  • Texans vs. Browns (53)
  • Jaguars vs. Packers (52)
  • Buccaneers vs. Panthers (50.5)
  • Broncos vs. Raiders (52)
  • Bills vs. Cardinals (56)
  • Seahawks vs. Rams (55.5)
  • 49ers vs. Saints (50)

I will certainly lean more towards Tampa Bay in their matchup, but getting away from Mike Davis at $4k (provided Christian McCaffrey is out) feels next to impossible.

Green Bay is also favored by two scores, so be careful which players you pay for in that game, too. I’m pretty much Aaron Jones and little else there.

For stackable games, the Texans/Browns, Broncos/Raiders, Bills/Cardinals, and Seahawks/Rams are the obvious candidates.

It’s up to you how you approach these games and how they play into your week 10 NFL DFS lineups, of course. For my take, read on to see which lineups I like for cash games and GPPs.

NFL DFS Cash Lineup for Week 10

  • QB: Kyler Murray – Cardinals ($8k)
  • RB: Aaron Jones – Packers ($7.1k)
  • RB: Mike Davis – Panthers ($4k)
  • WR: DeAndre Hopkins – Cardinals ($7.7k)
  • WR: Will Fuller – Texans ($6.7k)
  • WR: Marvin Jones Jr. – Lions ($5.2k)
  • TE: Dallas Goedert – Eagles ($4.2k)
  • FLEX: Duke Johnson – Texans ($5k)
  • DEF: Cincinnati Bengals ($2.1k)

I have my concerns about the potential turnovers in Kyler’s game, but you can’t actually feel bad about playing this guy. He has one of the best floors of anyone, and has put up 40+ fantasy points in each of the last two weeks.

Murray is cash game gold, and obviously can be used in all formats.

I want all of the Aaron Jones this week, too. He was “eased” back into 20 touches last week, and he faces an atrocious Jaguars defense in week 10. Yeah, sign me up.

Mike Davis and Duke Johnson are looking at feature back roles at $5k or less. Just track the statuses of C-Mac and David Johnson.

At wide receiver, I like Davante Adams as much as anyone, but I’m more on Jones this week, and Adams is $9k. I’ll pair Nuk with Murray and take a massive discount in the process.

I’ll also roll out Marvin Jones if Kenny Golladay is out again, and if Will Fuller wants to score a touchdown every single week, I will bite.

Dallas Goedert did nothing in his return from IR two weeks ago, but I’ll give him a break. The reality is Carson Wentz usually loves him, and he’s really cheap at a terrible DFS position.

I’ll cap things off with the Bengals, who are a mighty fun punt. I also don’t hate the idea of targeting Cincy from a betting perspective, as I detailed in my week 10 NFL upset picks.

NFL DFS GPP Lineup for Week 10

  • QB: Jared Goff – Rams ($6.5k)
  • RB: Aaron Jones – Packers ($7.1k)
  • RB: Alvin Kamara – Saints ($8.2k)
  • WR: Robert Woods – Rams ($6.6k)
  • WR: Tyler Lockett – Seahawks ($6.5k)
  • WR: Marvin Jones Jr. – Lions ($5.2k)
  • TE: Jordan Reed – 49ers ($3.5k)
  • FLEX: Mike Davis – Panthers ($4k)
  • DEF: Cincinnati Bengals ($2.1k)

The big difference between these two NFL DFS lineups comes at quarterback, where I can potentially get a 30-point outing from Jared Goff and save $1.5k in cash in the process.

That’s the plan, at least.

Goff has flashed upside this year, and he gets the Seahawks, who have gotten obliterated through the air. You can stack him with Cooper Kupp (literally, this team has $300 leftover), but I’ll put Robert Woods in for now and go with whoever ends up being lower owned.

Honestly, you can stack both of them, provided you drop down from Kamara. I want Kamara and Jones, though. There just aren’t two other backs on this slate who offer their upside, and I am very willing to pay for it.

Mike Davis, as noted, is too cheap to ignore. Cheap chalk has failed left and right at running back this year, but this salary is absurd for a guy with his role. Just make sure McCaffrey isn’t playing.

Tyler Lockett is a nice way to stack that Rams game from the other side. DK Metcalf is also in play, but something tells me he’ll see a lot of Jalen Ramsey. That, and Lockett is the cheaper option, and could be due for another big game.

Marvin Jones is another solid chalk play I don’t mind this week. He seems to disappoint a lot when Kenny Golladay misses time. But if Golladay is out again, Jones is in theory a great play.

Jordan Reed is a good punt, and paying down at tight end in general makes sense this week. Reed was eased into San Francisco’s offense last week, but they are likely going to be throwing a lot against the Saints. Garbage stats or not, I will take whatever Reed can get me at this cheap price.

I’ll wrap things up by again punting with the Bengals. If you pay up, I also like the Bills and Dolphins, based on sheer value. But Cincy actually did a solid job against the Titans in week eight, and it’s possible they don’t have to face Ben Roethlisberger this week.

You’re mostly using them for the savings if you take this dive, but there is merit in it.

Week 10 NFL Betting

Okay, so you know where I stand with my week 10 NFL DFS lineups. But how could all of this translate into some winning wagers in the betting scene?

The most obvious way could be this Rams vs. Seahawks game.

It has a high total, but it’s priced that way for good reason. When you consider the Seattle offense, their defense, and the way the Rams can exploit this matchup – not to mention what’s at stake in a crowded NFC West – I think an explosive shootout is coming our way.

Does that mean we need to force players from this game into our week 10 daily fantasy football lineups? Probably. It also likely means we should bet the Over in this one.

I said as much when I handed out my week 10 safest NFL picks, at least.

NFL DFS and betting don’t always fully correlate, but that’s one example of how they can. You can also check out my favorite underdog plays at the link in this post, and feel free to hit up all of our week 10 NFL betting previews at our NFL picks section.
