Thunder Predator vs. Vira-Lata Caramelo Betting Preview with Prediction and Pick – The Great American Rivalry Division 1, July 30th

The group stage of The Great America Rivalry Division 1 ends today and Thunder Predator needs a draw to secure the top spot in the standings. The team will face the punching bag of the group Vira-Lata Caramelo.

It’s hard to expect anything but a victory for the favorite here, based on what we’ve seen by both sides so far. I share more on that in my Thunder Predator vs. Vira-Lata Caramelo betting preview that also features odds, my prediction, and a free betting pick.

Thunder Predator Analysis

There’s little doubt that Thunder Predator has been the best team in the tournament so far. The squad has five wins and three draws up to this point which is enough for the first spot in the standings. A draw or better today would be enough to secure a top seed in the Upper Bracket of the knockouts.

That would allow Thunder Predator to avoid Quincy Crew and 4 Zoomers in the opening round of the playoffs which is more than enough to motivate the team. Not that TP needs to be at its best against a side like VLC.

The favorite’s drafting and execution have been on a completely different level compared to the opponent, so it should be an easy match.

Vira-Lata Caramelo Analysis

The style of Vira-Lata Caramelo has produced a lot of action-packed games, but only one draw against Infamous. The harsh reality is that the team is way behind the rest of the field in The Great American Rivalry Division 1 in terms of mechanics.

The early game is the most obvious example. VLC is almost always way behind in cs after five minutes which forces the squad to look for fights. The other sides in the tournament gladly accept the challenge and the gap is usually huge after 10-15 minutes of play.

I’ve watched 3-4 matches of Vira-Lata Caramelo and I’m still not sure how Infamous managed to lose a game against them. The other fixtures haven’t been close and the squad doesn’t stand a chance against any top side in the region.

Thunder Predator vs. Vira-Lata Caramelo Prediction and Free Pick

I like watching VLC’s games because of the constant action, but the team is simply miles behind opponents like Thunder Predator. The favorite should win with ease today and the price of -385 is actually good enough, in my opinion.

It might seem short, but the gap is so big and TP actually has a reason to play today, so the odds represent excellent value.

  • Thunder Predator to win; -385
