Table Tennis Betting Tips May 13, 2020

Another day – another chance to make some money from betting on table tennis online!

The main European tournaments that have been active since the lockdown are available once again and my table tennis betting tips post for Wednesday will help you out with choosing which games you can put your wagers on and where the betting value lies.

I go through the schedules of the Moscow Liga Pro, Setka Cup, and the ProSpin event, and I highlight the top bouts for today.

I share a couple of free betting picks in the end so don’t go anywhere!

Today’s Table Tennis Games

There’s no shortage of games this Wednesday so let’s get straight down to business and see what your options are with three of the most popular table tennis tournaments right now.

Moscow Liga Pro, Russia

The Russian event stages several mini-tournaments today and some of the highest-ranked pros contesting it will take to the tables.

Here are my picks for May 13th:

  • Eugene Glazun vs. Aleksandr Volkov
  • Kirill Abramov vs. Alexander Chentsov
  • Oleg Kutuzov vs. Andrey Menshikov
  • Vladimir Shirikov vs. Dmitry Merzlikin

Setka Cup, Ukraine

The Setka Cup’s popularity has grown exponentially during the lockdown in Europe, as one of the most highly-organized pro events featuring pros from Russia, Ukraine, and other neighboring countries.

I present four exciting ties for today below:

  • Vladislav Kurchickiy vs. Alexey Nadporozhsky
  • Denis Matveev vs. Roman Malinka
  • Igor Trydukh vs. Yuri Kolesnik
  • Andriy Lukackyi vs. Rodion Kapinus

ProSpin Series, Russia

Another competition taking place in Russia, the ProSpin Series offers some great betting opportunities despite the relatively low amount of matchups it stages each day.

I look forward to these ones today:

  • Roman Korolev vs. Konstantin Ermolenko
  • Nikita Gubanov vs. Igor Ovcharenko

Remember to always use a licensed and secure bookmaker when placing your wagers. This is even more important when dealing with these European table tennis tournaments right now as the high volume of games and the strict security measures often lead to schedule amendments and other changes.

You can check our list of recommended table tennis betting sites below. They all excel in providing a quality betting experience and are always fast to react to the latest developments.

Betting Picks and Predictions for May 13th

I’ve scoured the top table tennis betting sites for the best odds out there and it’s time to share my top picks for Wednesday. Here are my choices:

  • Dmitry Merzlikin to beat Vladimir Shirokov; -165
  • Rodion Kapinus to beat Andriy Lukackyi; -115
  • Roman Korolev to beat Konstantin Ermolenko; -160
  • Igor Ovcharenko to beat Nikita Gubanov; +230

Vladimir Shirokov has enjoyed a somewhat successful run of form but Merzlikin is one of the guys that regularly topple him in the Russia Liga Pro. I’m inclined to back the favorite once again here.

Rodion Kapiuns is one of the most exciting players you can see at the Setka Cup. He faces a tough test in one of his games today but I feel he will edge Andriy Lukackyi on account of his superior skill and experience in the tournament.

Roman Korolev is one of the players to beat at the ProSpin series and his record since the start of the tournament speaks for itself. He should have no trouble dispatching Konstantin Ermolenko today again.

My top pick for the day is an Igor Ovcharenko victory against Nikita Gubanov.

Gubanov is the bookmakers’ firm favorite but Ovcharenko defeated him the last time around and has settled well in the ProSpin series event. I believe he has a good chance of overcoming his opponent once again and I just can’t pass on the great odds here.

This wraps up my table tennis betting tips for Wednesday, May 13th, but be sure to check more predictions and picks which cover a wide range of traditional sports and the most exciting esports events on the betting scene.
