Table Tennis Betting Tips, Predictions, and Picks for Today – Tuesday, May 12, 2020
Betting on table tennis online remains one of the bettors’ top choice with most of the sport still on hold in Europe and the rest of the world.
Today’s post includes a look at three tournaments, some of the most exciting matchups you can bet on and a couple of free betting picks in the end.
Be sure to stay until the end and I hope that my table tennis betting tips for Tuesday will help you win some cash.
Today’s Table Tennis Games
First, let’s see what the table tennis scene has in store for us today. I’ve picked three different tournaments to showcase today, all of them coming with great betting opportunities.
Moscow Liga Pro, Russia
The Liga Pro is ever-present in the online sportsbooks and Tuesday will see 33 matches being played out in the Russian capital. Here are some of the late ones below:
- Kirill Abramov vs. Alexander Chentsov
- Alexey Yanshaev vs. Alexander Gribkov
- Vladimir Petrov vs. Vladimir Shirokov
- Andrey Sadkov vs. Andrej Babkin
Setka Cup, Ukraine
The Ukrainian tournament gives you even more possibilities with 50 games stretching from early in the morning to late afternoon.
Some of the most exciting Setka Cup bouts are listed below:
- Yaroslav Kerusenko vs. Alexander Zaytsev
- Andrey Panyushkin vs. Sergey Tkachev
- Timur Karchevskiy vs. Yuriy Kurischenko
ProSpin Series, Russia
The event hosts only six games today but it has become a favorite for bettors as it includes some of the most highly-ranked pros from Russia and neighboring countries.
The two ties I am looking forward to today are as follows:
- Konstantin Ivanov vs. Anatoly Gorelkin
- Pavel Mitin vs. Konstantin Pushkar
There are at least half a dozen other tournaments that are active right now and you are free to explore the whole scene before deciding where to place your wagers.
I personally prefer these three and can understand if you have other choices but the one thing you need to ensure is that you’re in the hands of a reputable and safe bookmaker.
This is the only way to stay on top of the latest table tennis developments across Europe and of course, they are the ones who will offer you the best odds, markets, and bonuses.

Betting Picks and Predictions for May 12th
Before I wrap this up, let’s go to my predictions and picks for Tuesday:
- Vladimir Shirokov to beat Vladimir Petrov; -125
- Andrey Panyushkin to beat Sergey Tkachev; -105
- Anatoly Gorelkin to beat Konstantin Ivanov; -135
- Pavel Mitin to beat Konstantin Pushkar; -160
Vladimir Shirokov may not be in the best run of his career right now but he has dominated recent meetings with his namesake Petrov in the Liga Pro. I’m backing him to snatch another victory here.
Andrey Panyushkin and Sergey Tkachev will be facing off in the Setka Cup for the first time. Panyushkin is the higher-ranked pro and is coming into the tie on the back of three consecutive wins against tough opponents like Masko and Kovalchuk, so he should be able to prevail in his last game today as well.
Anatoly Gorelkin is in fine form in the ProSpin Series and he has recently claimed the scalp of Roman Korolev, who is among the top favorites in the tournament. It won’t be easy against an ambitious opponent like Ivanov but the favorite should be able to see him off.
The same goes for Pavel Mitin who has given the top pros a run for their money recently. Pushkar is not to be underestimated but Mitin has been very professional so far and should get the job done here. Besides, the odds of -160 carry great value.
