Natus Vincere vs. ENCE Betting Preview With Prediction and Pick – DreamHack Masters, May 28th

Natus Vincere vs. ENCE Betting Preview, May 28th, 2020

One of the two ties in Group D of the European bracket at the 2020 DreamHack Masters will see Natus Vincere take on ENCE.

The current world number two started the tournament in style after overcoming Team Vitaly and will be looking to continue their run. However, their Finnish opponents are no pushovers and s1mple’s full focus will be needed here if the Russians are to seal the win.

This Natus Vincere vs. ENCE betting preview concentrates on the options we can bet on today.

I look at the current odds for the most popular markets and provide my prediction based on them and the current form of both organizations.

Don’t go away as I have also prepared a free betting pick for you in the end.

Natus Vincere vs. ENCE Odds

There are plenty of markets you will see at 10Bet’s sportsbook for this tie. Here are the main ones with the latest betting prices.

Winner Full Time

Natus Vincere -170
ENCE +130

Spread Full Time

Natus Vincere  (-1.5) +163
ENCE (+1.5) -205

Over/Under Full Time

Over 2.5 +114
Under 2.5 -141

Natus Vincere didn’t start the season in top form but is slowly getting back to their best. It’s no surprise that the best CS:GO betting sites are all pinning them as the favorite.

Does ENCE have any chance here? I definitely think so but let’s look at how the teams have been performing lately.

Natus Vincere

The Russians and their Ukrainian star s1mple had a tournament to forget at the ESL One CIS qualifiers.

Defeats against Hard Legion, Syman Gaming, and rivals Virtus.pro condemned them to an early exit and it’s not like they were any better at the ESL Pro League.

The team did make it to the second group stage of the event but fell heavily to eventual finalists Fnatic and mousesports.

However, their opening fixture at the DreamHack event will give them hope that better times are on the horizon.

While all eyes were on the mouth-watering clash between s1mple and ZywOo, it was Captain Boombl4 and electronic that led the Russians to an impressive victory.

This bodes well for the their chances of making a statement at this event as they have been relying solely on their Ukrainian phenom for far too long now.

The Finns will be kicking themselves for not making the playoffs at the ESL One: Road to Rio this year.

They were fantastic against Fnatic in the first round-robin and came ever so close to taking the tie against world number one Astralis.

There was also an encouraging win against fellow Scandinavians Dignitas but the heavy loss against Team Heretics ultimately sealed their fate.

However, the team looks to be in a good mood and this chemistry allows them to execute their tactics well.

The recent addition of Jamppi to the roster has also been very positive. He holds ENCE’s second-highest overall rating right now and has definitely improved them on the kills front.

Natus Vincere vs. ENCE Prediction and Betting Pick

With the way ENCE blasted Fnatic in their opening ESL One: Road to Rio matchup, we shouldn’t underestimate them one bit.

The team is very organized and has ample quality with allu and Jamppi, and captain SunNy’s flexible tactical approach.

They are still some way off from the elite but recent games against the top dogs revealed that they are ready to go to the next level.

It’s early to say whether they can crack the Top 10 at some point but they will definitely fancy their chances against NaVi today.

The Russians will hope key pieces on the roster will continue to assist s1mple as he can’t simply win every match on his own.

It will be a tight affair, no doubt about that. Maps will play a huge role but ENCE does hold a big advantage on both Inferno and Train, so there are ways they can get a preferred map here.

The last three ties between these two organizations were settled in three rounds and it is exactly the pick I am going with here as well.
