G2 vs. OG Odds, Prediction, and Pick for March 31st – ESL Pro League Season 11, EU

The CS:GO ESL Pro League Season 11 continues on Tuesday and there are several exciting games that I will cover today. First in line is this G2 vs. OG betting preview that is focused on the crucial match for Group C of the Europe bracket
Both teams are unbeaten so far and would very much like to keep it that way. I share my analysis on their chances and a betting pick at the end, based on the latest odds of the best esports betting sites.
G2 vs. OG Odds
- G2 to win; -286
- OG to win; +195
- G2 Esports (-1.5); +100
- OG (+1.5); -154
- Under 2.5; -167
- Over 2.5; +105
I decided to take the G2 vs. OG odds from Betway because the bookmaker is excellent for esports and CS:GO, in particular. As you can see by the markets above, G2 is a huge favorite to win this one. Let’s see why.
G2 Esports – Two Close Wins So Far
There’s little doubt that G2 Esports is the undisputed favorite in ESL Pro League EU Group C. This is one of the best teams in the world right now and the second place in the Extreme Masters XIV – World Championship at the start of March was a good reminder of that.
And yet, G2 has been far from convincing in the ESL Pro League. The team won against both FaZe and TYLOO but none of the victories was clean and there were some shaky moments that could be punished by stronger opposition.
G2 remains the favorite against anyone in the group, but the next opponent is among the teams that could take advantage of any weakness.
OG – The Contender
The other undefeated team in Group C is OG. The squad has two wins so far and both came in an impressive fashion. That’s good news for the organization that entered the CS:GO scene in December 2019 and showed a lot of promise at the start of the year.
The strategy and execution of OG are improving and the match against G2 will be a good test for how good the team really is. Both sides already met twice earlier this year during Blast Premier: Spring 2020, with G2 winning on both occasions.
OG was crushed in the first match but then came back through the loser’s bracket and showed a lot of resilience in the second clash, winning a map and pushing the opponent to the edge on the other two.
G2 vs. OG Prediction and Pick
- Over 2.5; +105
The shaky form of G2 esports so far in the competition is stopping me from backing the favorite. Yeah, the team should still win this one, but there are enough reasons to believe it won’t be easy.
That’s why I’m going for the over 2.5 maps option for my G2 vs. OG betting pick. The price of +105 represents solid value because the underdog will be confident and should be able to snatch at least one map.
That’s not the only CS:GO match our team will cover today. Make sure to check the following esports betting previews as well.
