G2 vs. ENCE Betting Preview With Prediction and Pick – BLAST Premier Finals, June 17th

Today’s schedule in the European division of the CS:GO Blast Premier Finals event pins together G2 Esports and Team ENCE in the Lower Bracket.

This is the teams’ final chance to continue their campaign after they were thrown down by Vitality and FaZe in the previous playoff round.

In my G2 vs. ENCE betting preview for Wednesday, I present you with my thoughts on how to approach the betting angle by looking at the latest odds and the organizations’ recent form.

But can the Finns upset the odds? Let’s move on to my team analysis and proceed with my final prediction.

The Frenchmen started their BLAST Premier Finals run on the wrong foot after falling to ZywOo’s Team Vitality in two rounds.

They were completely outplayed on Vitality’s Inferno pick and despite an improved performance on Mirage, they couldn’t outlast their fellow countrymen in the tiebreak.

This is G2’s last chance to salvage anything in the current tournament but it looks like the disappointing loss against BIG in the DreamHack Masters Grand Final has left the team very low on confidence.

KennyS, nexa, and huNter- will have to be on top of their game today but the lack of momentum can cripple their chances today as ENCE are definitely no pushovers.

The Finns’ impressive winning streak was ended by NiKo’s elite FaZe squad yesterday but they have every reason to feel good about their current state.

They gave The Clan a run for their money after a solid performance on Dust II in the first round and then pushed the tie into a decisive third map by winning a thrilling tiebreak on their pick Mirage.

FaZe’s superior quality made the difference on Nuke in the end but there are a lot of positives that ENCE can take away from that performance.

New addition Jamppi has remained consistent and captain SunNy is in great form as of late. They can certainly be some improvements made but this organization is showing they can push the real elite with their determination and discipline.

The Frenchmen are understandably the favorites but the way they lost to BIG and Vitality is quite worrying.

They will probably take the round on their map pick today but ENCE is usually a very uncomfortable opponent and with KennyS and huNter-‘s lack of confidence, the tie can quickly turn into a nightmare for them, especially if they don’t get off to a good start.

The Finns have shown they can remain focused throughout a whole series and their recent success in crunch tiebreaks will give them the confidence to stand up to the wounded G2 today.

I’m going with the high odds for an outright ENCE win as I feel this is where the true betting value is.
