The Corona Cowboy is the odds-on favorite in this race, but I think the second-favorite, JB Inseperablehearts with Isamel Saurez Ricardo aboard, has a slight edge, even though The Corona Cowboy is being ridden by a much more experienced jockey, Berkley Packer.

This race has a gaggle of likely contenders for a first-place finish, but I’m going with DF Lord Garvan, with Mario Delgado aboard, for the win. While A Galaxy Guardian and Haggard, ridden by Juan Pulido and James A. Flores, respectively, share very similar stats with DF Lord Garvan, this gelding has an ever-so-slight edge.

Inaugurator with James A. Flores aboard has the best chance to win this race, and even though Cona Sur at 9/2 is on my “likely” list, I’m sticking with the favorite on this one.
