Esports Betting Tips for Tuesday, June 16th – Today’s Picks and Predictions for CS:GO and Dota 2

The esports events come thick and fast these days and today’s schedule again offers a plethora of exciting events we can sink our teeth in.

My top esports picks for Tuesday feature a look at the most highly-anticipated CS:GO and Dota 2 bouts and I figure out where the betting value is by scouring the top rated esports bookmakers and the markets they offer.

Let’s kick things off with the early CS:GO playoff bout in the European Division of the 2020 Blast Premier Finals.

NAVI’s bid for the title at the DreamHack Masters event was cancelled by an inspired FaZe Clan performance but Boombl4’s team is definitely on the rise lately.

Their Ukrainian superstar s1mple looks to be in the best form of his life and his teammate electronic is also in the mood.

The Ninjas were also ousted from the DreamHack event by FaZe but the team got a good win against the solid MAD Lions in yesterday’s BLAST Premier Showdown Play-In Match.

I believe NiP will fancy their chances today but the value is with Natus Vincere, as the current world ranking leaders haven’t lost a single bout with NiP this season and the odds of -172 look like a great deal.

The game in the European bracket of the Dota 2 Beyond Epic event between OG and Team Nigma should be a close affair.

There is not much that separates the two teams right now and even if OG had a few disappointments lately, they remain one of the most skilled forces on the scene.

Team Nigma is in a better place and they will probably edge this tie but I feel like the Over 2.5 market is the best option here.

Both teams can get the draft wrong and are not in their most ruthless form right now, so it’s logical that this tie will take three maps to get settled.

The Beyond Epic event brings us another mouth-watering Dota 2 clash today with Team Liquid taking on Alliance.

Nikobaby and his team’s success against Team Secret in the playoffs of the ESL One event was supposed to be the springboard they needed, but they haven’t been able to replicate the same form recently.

They were completely decimated by Secret in the Grand Final and then their run at the Blast Bounty Hunt event was ended by OG.

The confidence of the group is not high at the moment and Team Liquid, who are coming into the tie on the back of a good win against NiP will definitely have the psychological advantage.

Their own tentative form is a bit of a worry and they might need a third round to wrap this up, but should be able to beat an Alliance team that looks a bit lost at the moment.

Now for the rest of my top esports bets. Here are two more CS:GO predictions that offer some amazing value:

Today’s BLAST Premier Finals schedule will treat us to another edition of the top Brazilian derby on the CS:GO scene.

FURIA were finally edged by their rivals MIBR in their last outing but it was played in a Best of 1 format and it really could’ve gone either way.

Since then, captain arT and his team have been flawless and have wrecked havoc to every opponent they have faced which resulted in them winning the 2020 DremHack Masters.

I feel FURIA’s main assassins yuurih and KSCERATO will be out for blood today and should be able to settle this in two maps.

And for my last pick, I’m going with a win for Complexity Gaming against OG.

The French squad looks very far from the form they showcased at the ESL Pro League and have recently been beaten by a lot of lower-ranked teams.

The execution doesn’t seem right at the moment and blameF’s team can take full advantage. This can certainly go to a third round if Aleksib can get the tactics right on OG’s map pick but Complexity should be able to come out on top in the end.
