Esports Betting Tips for Sunday, May 10th – Today’s Picks and Predictions for CS:GO, LoL, and Dota 2

Best Esports Bets for Sunday May 10, 2020

Sunday will be an excellent day for all esports fans. The schedule includes the CS:GO ESL One Road to Rio final in North America, the LoL European Masters 2020 Spring Grand Final, and a couple of knockout matches from the Dota 2 Pushka League!

I cover all of those in my esports predictions and betting picks for today and as always, the main goal is to find the best esports bets available. All of my betting tips here feature odds and a short preview, so you can understand my reasoning.

c0ntact (+1.5) vs. FaZe Clan

  • Game: CS:GO
  • Tournament: ESL One Road to Rio, EU
  • Starting time: 9:30 am Pacific Time
  • Odds: +124
  • Where to bet: 10Bet

Group B of the ESL One Road to Rio ends today and the only two teams that don’t care about the outcome face each other in this match. FaZe Clan will finish at the top no matter what, while c0ntact will be last in the standings once everything is said and done.

One would assume that FaZe should crush their opponents under such circumstances, but I have a different opinion. Despite losing all six matches so far, c0ntact won a map in five of them and showed a lot of potential.

The team can put up some fight today and it has enjoyed some success against FaZe in the past. That’s why backing c0ntact +1.5 maps for the price of +124 looks like one of the best esports bets on Sunday.

K1CK Neosurf to Beat LDLC

  • Game: League of Legends
  • Tournament: European Masters Spring
  • Starting time: 10 pm Pacific Time
  • Odds: +112
  • Where to bet: BetOnline

I’ve been backing K1CK Neosurf in daily esports betting tips since the start of the playoffs and the team has delivered every single time so far. The battling spirit of the squad was the core of success in many matches, but yesterday’s performance against Movistar Riders was something else.

The Polish team won 2-0 and looked better all over the board, from the drafting stage to the execution. The confidence of K1CK Neosurf is another level and I believe they can win the final against LDLC too.

It’s another impressive team that deserves to be there, so it’s going to be a tight battle. And yet, the price of +122 for the Polish organization is too good to miss.

Team Liquid vs. Team Secret Over 2.5

  • Game: Dota 2
  • Tournament: Pushka League Division 1
  • Starting time: 10 am Pacific Time
  • Odds: +109
  • Where to bet: SportsBetting.ag

We are yet to see a playoff match that will be decided after three games in the Pushka League Division 1. All six knockouts so far were completed with a clean sweep and that’s nuts. I believe this streak ends today with the encounter between Liquid and Secret.

Both sides were excellent in the quarterfinals and their drafting made a huge difference. I have the feeling they spent some time preparing after the latest patch because opponents like Virtus.pro and Na’Vi were completely destroyed.

I’m eager to see what happens when the teams meet today and I struggle to separate them for my esports predictions. Sure, Secret is the favorite but I think it won’t be easy, so getting +109 for over 2.5 brings great value.

More Esports Betting Tips for Sunday, May 10th

  • Gen.G vs. FURIA over 2.5; +112
  • Cloud9 to beat Team Liquid; +263
  • Virtus.pro (-1.5) vs. NiP; +107

Before I move on to the reasoning for the last three esports predictions for today, I want to remind you that the odds are constantly moving and they might be different by the time you’re reading this. You should try to find a better price if you like some of my esports betting tips and the following online bookmakers could deliver.

With that out of the way, let’s return to the best esports bets for Sunday. The ESL One Road to Rio Grand Final, NA takes place today and I think it will be a tough battle. Gen.G and FURIA have dominated the competition from start to finish.

The Brazilians are expected to edge this one and I understand why, but Gen.G deserves more respect. Whatever happens, I don’t think it will end after two maps, so getting +112 for over 2.5 is great.

The match for the third sport will take place at the same time and I think that Cloud9 can upset the odds and beat Liquid. I have the feeling that the underdog will simply care more for this clash and if you add the price of +263, it’s a solid pick.

Finally, I believe that Virtus.pro will crush Ninjas in Pyjamas in the Pushka League. NiP struggled badly with their drafts yesterday and it’s a sign that the squad has fallen behind the new meta. I wasn’t exactly delighted by VP’s performance either, but it showed more promise.
