Esports Betting Predictions and Picks (April 26th) – Today’s Best Bets

The week is almost over and it has brought us plenty of exciting esports matches in various games. Sunday will continue the trend with plenty of action in popular tournaments in CS:GO, Dota 2, and other esports.

I’m especially looking forward to ESL One Road to Rio’s schedule and the BTS Pro Series: Americas ends today. These two are the main source for my esports betting tips for on Sunday.

This post features the best esports bets with odds and reasoning for those of you looking for some action.

North vs. mousesports Over 2.5

  • Game: CS:GO
  • Tournament: ESL One Road to Rio: Europe
  • Starting time: 7 am Pacific Time
  • Odds: +117
  • Where to bet: BetOnline

The first of my esports betting tips for today is for the ESL One Road to Rio clash between North and mousesports. Both teams lost their opening matches but they left opposing impressions based on their performance.

Things might have gone south for North (the obligatory daily pun!) against a powerhouse like FaZe Clan, but it was close battle with lots of positives. At the same time, mousesports lost to Movistar Riders in arguably the biggest surprise of the first round.

I believe that the favorite should improve in the upcoming clash, but I still don’t see a clean win here. That’s why backing the over 2.5 maps options for +117 is one the best esports bets for today.

BOOM (-1.5) vs. Isurus

  • Game: CS:GO
  • Tournament: ESL One Road to Rio: South America
  • Starting time: 1 pm Pacific Time
  • Odds: -185
  • Where to bet: SportsBetting.Ag

The ESL One Road to Rio has just started in Europe and North America, but it ends today in South America. BOOM has dominated the other teams in the group stages to qualify directly for the final, while Isurus had to go through a tough battle against Imperial yesterday.

I have little doubt that the favorite will win again and the big question is if it will be a clean sweep. Considering the stakes, BOOM should be able to close the match comfortably enough to make the -185 available one of the top esports picks on Sunday.

Evil Geniuses to Beat Thunder Predator

  • Game: Dota 2
  • Tournament: BTS Pro Series: Americas
  • Starting time: 10 am Pacific Time
  • Odds: -150
  • Where to bet: 10bet

Evil Geniuses lost against Quincy Crew in the Upper Bracket Final of the BTS Pro Series on Saturday and will now have a fight against Thunder Predator for a spot in the Grand Final today. I would normally expect lower odds for the favorite, but I think that yesterday’s comprehensive defeat might be skewing the prices here.

I still see Evil Geniuses as the better team and the price of -150 is too good to skip. This is a squad that can rise to the occasion and has done it so many times in the past that I feel obliged to back EG here.

More Esports Betting Tips for Sunday, April 26th

  • G2 to beat FaZe Clan; -110
  • Team Secret (-1.5) vs. OG Seed; -200
  • c0ntact (-1.5) vs. Movistar Riders; +258

My reasoning for the last couple of esports betting tips for today are available below, but let me mention something real quick before we get there. The odds are always on the move, so you might be able to find higher prices if you take a look at what the top esports betting sites below have to offer.

With that out of the way, let’s get back to the best esports bets for April 26th. One of them is for G2 Esports to beat FaZe Clan. The team has won the last two meetings between both sides and I believe another victory should be on the cards.

Time to return to Dota 2 for the next of my esports pick. Team Secret looked good in the opening round, while OG Seed struggled to perform. I think that Russians should be able to win this one comfortably and the price of -200 is decent enough.

And finally, I just can’t resist the temptation to back c0ntact to beat Movistar Riders without losing a map. The odds of +258 look insane and it’s heavily affected by the Spaniards’ surprising win over mousesports.

It certainly deserves a lot of respect, but I still think the fair price is around the +200 mark or so. The other option would be to don’t get greedy like me and simply for c0ntact to win which is available at -120.
