Today presents a big challenge for the organization but they have every reason to believe they can make it hard for Invictus.

The team has been rampant in the league so far and has established itself as the favorite to clinch top spot. Not everything is settled though as FunPlus Phoenix is lurking close so Invictus should keep their focus.

Their last two performances weren’t the best as they lost a round to both Royal Never Give Up and Bilibili Gaming. Those still ended up being wins but the team was way more dominant at the start.

In any case, they still remain the biggest threat in the group with a 12-2 record and their 2:0 loss against surprise package eStar looks to be long forgotten.

Invictus is the definite favorites here and they have the resources to end this quickly. What gives me pause is the fact that they have taken the foot off the gas pedal recently and are allowing lower-ranked teams to hurt them.

EDward is a tough competitor and I feel they will be able to take advantage of their opponents’ recent wobbles. The odds for backing a surprise are understandably very high and I did flirt with the possibility but am more inclined to back a three-map game here.

Invictus dropped a round in their last two games against much weaker teams and the odds of -106 are a great price for a repeat of that scenario.
