Betting Preview for Crawford vs. Porter – Predictions and Props for the Full Card

Terence Crawford takes on Shawn Porter this Saturday, November 20 in Las Vegas.
Of course, you probably already know that. Furthermore, you might be aware that Crawford is a massive favorite to make it 38 wins on the bounce and potentially edge closer to a super fight with Errol Spence Jr.
If he leaves Top Rank, it could happen. But let’s focus on the fight ahead of us first.
That’s why I’ve put a list of the best props for Crawford vs. Porter together to try and help you win money on the bout. I’ve made my picks for each of the prop markets I liked and have also provided the odds to help you decide what works for you.
Additionally, you will find my Crawford vs. Porter predictions and picks for the main event and all the undercard bouts in the following preview.
Before we go any further, you can find top odds and markets for Saturday’s bout by visiting our recommended betting sites for Terence Crawford vs. Shawn Porter, below.
If you’re aiming to make money on this one, let’s get started with the line for the fight.
Crawford vs. Porter Odds Analysis
The odds below come courtesy of the BetUS sportsbook.

As you can see, “Bud” is a huge favorite to overcome the former champion.
Crawford’s odds to beat Porter are an uninspiring -1000. I guess the reality here is that Crawford — who is one of the best pound-for-pound boxers today — is expected to win. The implied probability of 90.9% strongly indicates that any other result would be a shock.
But can “Showtime” beat Crawford?
The odds for Crawford to win are attractive at first glance. That is until you snap back to reality and realize that he is facing one of the leading fighters of his generation.
If you’re betting on the Crawford vs. Porter line, the chances are that the favorite’s odds are too thin to pick up. For that reason, you will probably abandon the reigning WBO welterweight champ’s moneyline price in favor of other bets.
If that’s the case, stick with me and I’ll share some tastier options with you a little later.
First, here are my predictions for the fight.
Crawford vs. Porter Predictions
- Predicted Winner: Terence Crawford
- Method of Victory: Unanimous Decision

The big question in boxing right now is who wins the Crawford vs. Porter fight?
Although the underdog is an elite welterweight with great skills and a granite chin, it’s difficult to look past Crawford here. The main reason is that the WBO champion is the best fighter in the world at 147-pounds.
Expanding on that, Bud has never been beaten inside the ropes. With multiple championships across three weight divisions — including every major title at 140 — the 37-0 boxing icon is just about as special as it gets in this era.
But Crawford’s quality should see him navigate past any significant danger and outclass his opponent to a unanimous decision win.
Predictions for the Crawford vs. Porter Undercard
There are a few fights to consider if you are betting on the undercard of Terence Crawford vs. Shawn Porter.
I wouldn’t call any of these fights’ top drawer. But they do represent good opportunities if you are gambling on boxing matches in November 2021.
Take a look.
Esquiva Falcao vs. Patrice Volny
This fight serves as the co-main event of the evening.
An IBF middleweight title eliminator, the winner will have the right to claim a shot at Gennady Golovkin’s belt. Providing that isn’t lost to Ryota Murata this December.
Falcao (28-0, 20 KOs) looks the better of the pair. A 2016 Olympic silver medalist, he has transitioned well to the professional domain and should have too much for Volny (16-0, 10 KOs).
The Crawford vs. Porter undercard marks the first time that the Canadian has fought outside of his homeland. I don’t expect this fight to be the most auspicious time to make his debut on US soil.
- Prediction: Falcao by KO/TKO
Janibek Alimkhanuly vs. Hassan N’Dam N’Jikam
Janibek Alimkhanuly takes on former champion Hassan N’Dam N’Jikam in an interesting clash at middleweight.
Alimkhanuly is currently ranked #2 by the WBO having beaten Rob Brant, who held the WBA (Regular) middleweight strap between 2018 and 2019.
The Kazakh takes a record of 10-0 (6 KOs) into the ropes, having turned pro following a quarter-final loss at the 2016 Rio Olympics.

Cameroon’s N’Dam (38-5, 21 KOs) is also a previous WBA middleweight titlist. A veteran of the game, it looks as though he might be in for a rough night inside the ropes this Saturday.
N’Dam returns to 160-pounds following defeats to Callum Smith and Fedor Chudinov at super middleweight.
Set to turn 38 in February, it’s doubtful that the France-based fighter has much left in the tank and might find the power of Alimkhanuly too much to handle.
- Prediction: Alimkhanuly by KO/TKO
More Crawford vs. Porter Undercard Picks

Isaac Dogboe vs. Christopher Diaz | Isaac Dogboe | Decision |
Adan Ochoa vs. Adam Lopez | Adam Lopez | KO/TKO |

Top Prop Bets for Crawford vs. Porter

It could be that you are looking for top prop bets for Terence Crawford, or perhaps you fancy the underdog and are hoping to cash in on the best props for Shawn Porter.
Regardless of the way you choose to go, it’s worth remembering that you have options.
I’m going to take you through the most popular and recommended props for Crawford vs. Porter.
Let’s start with how the fight is won.
Method of Victory
This market is an easy win to understand.
You win your bet if you pick who wins between Crawford and Porter and can also predict how they get it done.
- Crawford by KO, TKO, or DQ (+150)
- Crawford by Decision or Technical Decision (-120)
- Porter by KO, TKO, or DQ (+1000)
- Porter by Decision or Technical Decision (+750)
- Draw or Technical Draw (+2200)
Although I believe Crawford could score a late KO/TKO, Porter has never been stopped inside the ropes.
I believe Showtime can go the distance.
- Pick: Crawford by Decision or Technical Decision (-120)
Single Rounds Betting
If you’re betting Crawford vs. Porter this Saturday, rounds betting might be of interest.
As I’m taking Bud by decision, I’m not majorly keen on this market. But given the huge odds on offer, it can sometimes be fun to part with a couple of dollars in case the unlikely does happen.
If Crawford beats Showtime inside the distance, it will more than likely happen late.
If you’re on the same wave, perhaps consider a couple of dollars on Rounds 11 or 12. Or even both.
- Pick: Round 11 (+1800) and Round 12 (+2000)
Group Rounds Wagers
If you’re not sold on betting on the round that the Crawford vs. Porter fight ends, you have alternatives.
Group rounds betting is always worth considering. Depending on how you see the fight going, of course.
Take a look.
- Crawford to Win in Rounds 1-3 (+1800)
- Crawford to Win in Rounds 4-6 (+800)
- Crawford to Win in Rounds 7-9 (+550)
- Crawford to Win in Rounds 10-12 (+650)
- Crawford to Win on Points (-120)
Once again, it’s the later rounds that stand out for me here.
The oddsmakers at the top boxing betting apps disagree slightly, with Rounds 7-9 the shortest odds for Crawford to KO Porter.
As you might imagine, Porter’s odds are much juicier.
- Porter to Win in Rounds 1-3 (+3300)
- Porter to Win in Rounds 4-6 (+2800)
- Porter to Win in Rounds 7-9 (+2800)
- Porter to Win in Rounds 10-12 (+3300)
- Porter to Win on Points (+750)
I’m not sold on Porter winning this fight. Especially not by KO/TKO.
Again, Crawford does have a chance of ending things late.
- Pick: Crawford Rounds 10-12 (+650)
Knockdowns
Let’s turn our focus to knockdown bets for the Crawford vs. Spence fight.
We’re not talking about knockouts here. Although a knockout could qualify as a knockdown, of course.
- Crawford to be Knocked Down (+450)
- Crawford not to be Knocked Down (-800)
- Porter to be Knocked Down (+100)
- Porter not to be Knocked Down (-138)
- Either Fighter to be Knocked Down (-134)
- Both Fighters to be Knocked Down (+750)
- No Knockdowns (-106)
Let’s take a look at the stats before I make my pick.
First, Crawford has never officially been knocked down in 37 professional fights. In December 2019 against Lithuania’s Egidijus Kavaliauskas, however, some believe that he was.
Check it out.
What do you think?
Even though it looked as though Bud hit the canvas, the officials ruled otherwise. So, remember that a knockdown must be official before the bookies will pay out on any bet in this market.
Porter was knocked down in Round 11 of his fight with Errol Spence Jr. in September 2019.
I believe Bud’s trickery could catch the underdog off guard here, and lead to a knockdown. Conversely, Porter’s pressure could also see Crawford hit the canvas.
Still, the smart wager among these Crawford vs. Porter props is for either fighter to go down at some point in the fight.
- Pick: Either Fighter to be Knocked Down (-134)
Looking for More of the Best Top Crawford vs. Porter Props?

Depending on the bookie you are wagering with, you should find more prop bets for Terence Crawford vs. Shawn Porter available to look at.
I have chosen the wagers that I believe to be worthy of a punt. But not everyone is going to be satisfied with these, especially if they are taking a gamble on Porter beating Crawford.
