Best Esports Bets for Wednesday, April 1st

If you’ve been following my daily top esports picks post you know what to expect on Wednesday. I go through plenty of matches in tournaments like CS:GO ESL Pro League, League of Legends Ultraliga, Dota 1 ESL One Los Angeles, and other popular competitions in search of the best value.

You can find my recommended esports bets for the day below, alongside reasoning and odds for each of them.

G2 (-1.5) vs.

  • Game: CS:GO
  • Tournament: ESL Pro League Season 11, Europe
  • Starting time: 9 am Pacific Time
  • Odds: +102
  • Where to bet: BetOnline

Let’s start the top esports picks for April 1st with the match between G2 Esports and Both teams were beaten soundly yesterday and will be looking to bounce back.

And yet, has struggled to close out maps and while the team has looked competitive, you just can’t afford that at the highest level. The G2 squad might be far from its best form, but still won twice in the tournament already and the humiliating defeat against OG yesterday should trigger a response.

I expect much better performance and a clean victory for the favorite, as you can see from my G2 vs. betting preview.

Evil Geniuses (-1.5) vs. Business Associates

  • Game: Dota 2
  • Tournament: ESL One Los Angeles, North America
  • Starting time: 9 am Pacific Time
  • Odds: -111
  • Where to bet:

After the tough defeat against Quincy Crew at the start of the ESL One Los Angeles, Evil Geniuses bounced back to beat CR4ZY in the second round. Despite missing two of its top players because of travel restrictions, the team was phenomenal and fly proved he is one of the best captains and support players out there.

The momentum is building for Evil Geniuses and I don’t see how Business Associates can stop it. The team already lost two in a row in lackluster performances. I expect a clean victory for the favorite here.

Evil Geniuses vs. FURIA Over 2.5

  • Game: CS:GO
  • Tournament: ESL Pro League Season 11, North America
  • Starting time: 1 pm Pacific Time
  • Odds: -106
  • Where to bet: Betway

The CS:GO division of Evil Geniuses also finds its way to my top esports picks for the day. The team is going to face the high-flying FURIA and this one should be excellent to watch. Both sides will be confident in their chances and I believe we will see three maps here.

My fellow writer Elias Wagner is on the same opinion, as you can see by his extended Evil Geniuses vs. FURIA betting prediction.

More Esports Picks for April 1st

  • Orgless to beat Dignitas +110
  • K1CK Neosurf to beat AGO ROGUE +157
  • MIBR to beat Gen.G +102

I have three more esports bets for Wednesday, April 1st. The first one is for Orgless to beat Dignitas. The match should be close and those two already met twice in Flashpoint Season 1, exchanging victories. The price of +110 for Orgless to win is too high, in my opinion, and you can find it on most top esports betting sites.

This one’s a coin toss for me, so the value is on the team that the bookies recognize as the slight underdog. My complete Dignitas vs. Orgless betting preview can tell you more on the topic.

Next in line is my League of Legends prediction of the day and it’s for the final of the Polish Ultraliga. K1CK Neosurf beat AGO ROGUE in the winner’s brackets final recently, so I don’t see a reason why we can’t see the same outcome. The price of +157 is absolutely fantastic, so I feel obliged to bac K1CK Neosurf.

Finally, I believe that MIBR will beat Gen.G today. The Brazilians have found a lot of momentum recently and are under no pressure here. They already have secured a place in the Flashpoint playoffs, so they can have fun.

Gen.G showed some promise in the previous match against Dignitas, but fer and his teammates are too strong right now. My preview of the clash can provide more details about the pick.

That’s all I got for you today. I share my top esports picks on a daily basis, so make sure to follow our blog for more bets in the future.
