Esports Best Bets for April 3rd

We have an exciting esports weekend ahead with so many big tournaments in various games. LEC is starting, ESL Pro League and Flashpoint feature a lot of matches, and that’s only the tip of the iceberg!

It was hard for me to find the best esports tips and picks for Friday with so many events on the line. I have prepared a list of recommended bets for CS:GO, Dota 2, and League of Legends that is available below.

MAD Lions (+2.5) vs. G2

  • Game: League of Legends
  • Tournament: LEC Spring Playoffs 2020
  • Starting time: 9 am Pacific Time
  • Odds: -127
  • Where to bet: BetOnline

Let’s begin with the first match of LEC 2020 that will be played today. The young and rising MAD Lions will face the huge favorite G2. I don’t think that the Spanish team is ready to beat such a mighty opponent, but the series will be in a best-of-five format.

I expect to see at least one game in favor of the underdog and the price of -127 is solid enough to include that wager in my best esports picks for today.

OG to Beat FaZe Clan

  • Game: CS:GO
  • Tournament: ESL Pro League Season 11, Europe
  • Starting time: 9 am Pacific Time
  • Odds: +180
  • Where to bet: Bodog

Many people quickly forgot how good OG was in the first three games of the ESL Pro League Season 11. One defeat against shouldn’t be a reason to write this team off against FaZe Clan and the odds of +180 for an OG victory are way too high, in my opinion.

You can read more about the reasons behind this bet in my extended FaZe Clan vs. OG prediction.

FURIA to Beat 100 Thieves

  • Game: CS:GO
  • Tournament: ESL Pro League Season 11, North America
  • Starting time: 1 pm Pacific Time
  • Odds: +121
  • Where to bet:

The final day of the group stage in ESL Pro League Season 11 in North America will be absolutely mad. All teams have a chance to progress and all matches will be played at the same time. The one that I selected for my top esports bets for Friday is the clash between FURIA and 100 Thieves.

This one should be extremely close and the price of +121 for the Brazilians looks like the value bet. My colleague Elias Wagner is on the same opinion, as you can see from his FURIA vs. 100 Thieves analysis.

More Esports Tips and Picks for April 3rd

  • (-1.5) vs. TYLOO +120
  • Beastcoast (-1.5) vs. FURIA +100
  • Team Liquid vs. Evil Geniuses over 2.5 -106

I have a couple of more esports picks and tips for Friday. The first one is for to achieve a clean victory versus TYLOO. The Chinese team has been all over the place, while the opposition beat OG yesterday which should serve as a huge confidence booster.

Next in line is a clash from the South American division of ESL One Los Angeles. FURIA has been underwhelming so far in the competition, while Beastcoast showed excellent composure and execution in the group stage. I think we will see a crushing victory for the favorite here.

And I left the best for last. I simply don’t see how the epic CS:GO encounter between Team Liquid and Evil Geniuses will finish after only two maps. Those two are about to engage in a tight battle and the odds of -106 to see the third map are too good to miss.
