Belshina Bobruisk vs. Slavia Mozyr Betting Preview – Belarusian Premier League, May 30

Belshina goes into its 11^th game of the season still waiting for the first victory that might be able to kick-start some kind of effort to stay up this season.

Slavia Mozyr is the visitor this Saturday, and it is a team that could do with points to escape what might be a prolonged battle to avert the need to be involved in the relegation playoff tie later in the year.

A win would also be particularly useful for Slavia Mozyr right now as it vainly attempts to repeat the kind of mid table performances it was able to churn out last year. This season has been a big disappointment so far, and a game with Belshina has to be seen as a great opportunity to change that.

Since Slavia was knocked out of the cup at the semi final stage there has been just one win in four league games, and the draw last week with Gorodeya was hardly inspiring. There is a chance for some of the clubs in the middle of the table to break out with a few wins. Slavia has not looked able to do that yet, but a win here would help with that aim.

Just six points separate Slavia Mozyr in 11^th and Torpedo Bel-AZ Zhodino in 3^rd, so beating Belshina could make a lot of difference to the table on Saturday evening. The home side just hasn’t been able to compete in the Premier League this year, so even though Slavia has not really impressed, I do think it will come away with the win this week.
